Melanie was behind the scenes of the Zoo - doing most of the things that very few people got to see. Looking over the food that she had prepared for the herbivore animals that she was in charge of today. They were missing a few things, but she had added in some extra fruit to make up for it. Pulling the hair tie out of her hair, she fixed her hair into the same messy bun it was in before and started to cart the food off towards the different exhibits that needed feeding. There was a certain schedule that she needed to keep, but they never seemed to mind when she was running late. She had seen the way they acted towards the other zoo keepers when they were running behind or put the food out too slow.
It took about a half hour before she reached the monkey exhibit. Looking through the window in the door, she noticed they were all gathered around a certain area - even the few that didn't get along too well. This peeked her curiosity and she preceded to enter the habitat. They didn't even seem no notice that she had entered until she let out a soft whistle that caught their attention and they scurried over to the food that she had set out. Looking to where they were before, some debris was left over from the popcorn that was dumped out. Cocking an eyebrow, she looked up and noticed a person sitting there with his legs between the bars.
"Oi! Dipstick!" Melanie called out in her Aussie accent. "What do you think your doin'?" She didn't really seem mad, more so that he could have got into a lot of trouble if anyone else had been in the exhibit. Once she was finished putting out all the food, she headed up to where the bloke that was hanging around the money habitat was. Hopefully he would still be there.
