"The work is part of the fun, isn't it?" Astoria grinned. "I'm supposed to be on my best behavior tonight," she lamented, thinking of Daphne again.
She'd forgotten about that for a moment but the reminder made her sober up just a little. Astoria hadn't really liked the story -- it was just the type of thing that she hated and didn't want to give into. She didn't even know Oliver Wood but she felt bad for him having his world crashing down around him. But she wasn't about to let Katie know that -- not that she thought her opinion mattered anyway. "Oh, right. It will pass, I'm sure. Always does."
Astoria met her gaze. She wanted to but she still couldn't get Daphne's comments out of her head. "Now who is doing the tempting?" she asked in amusement. She turned back to the dancers, as if trying to decide. What did it matter what Daphne thought?
