Re: OUTSIDE IN THE FIELD
Meaghan laughed, reaching up and running her hand through her hair. She honestly wasn't sure. In her eyes, it might be worse off for Lena. At least Diane, Octavius' daughter, wouldn't have everyone knowing who her parent was. Lena would never escape her mother since they shared a last name - her famous last name. "Well that depends. For one thing, what if she hates Quidditch? Then she'd just want to disown me for loving a sport she hates? Or how about the whole idea of the press and the scandals they are supposed true and other times untrue that follow around the famous? Once she's old enough to attend school, people could whisper. Then she'd want to disown me for making people whisper about her by association," she said with a smile. "And anyway, being an eccentric Divination shop owner isn't so bad. You have an established business and a good reputation. It's not like you're some shady shop owner, right? How can she be embarrassed at her father being good at his job? Oh wait--" She grinned at him before she added, "Does she hate Divination? Because that might be a little sketchy."
"You could! Or maybe not? Can you tell your own fortunate and future like a customers? With tarot cards or something? As I said, I'm not a Seer so I don't know the details of that sort of thing," she said, finding herself genuinely curious at the answer to the question.
