Octavius nodded. Kids at a certain age had it made. They didn't know anything of shame or embarrassment. They were completely confident in themselves, their ideas and their dreams. It was both thrilling to watch and sad to realize that one day they would reach a sense of knowing that they might not be as wonderful as they thought, that someone could belittle them and that all their dreams wouldn't come true. One could only hope that their child came out of it with enough confidence to go against all the negativity they could come across in life.
"I'm sure being the daughter of a Pro Quidditch player would be somewhat better then being the daughter of an eccentric Divination shop owner," he replied with a smile. Who wouldn't love prefer that really?
"Thank you for trying to ease my worry for my future. Who can really say though? I maybe could...perhaps. Given the right vision. Right now I don't know."
