Astoria stared at Daphne, an eyebrow quirked. "I guess," she said hesitantly. Did Daphne know her that well? She wasn't sure how she felt about that idea. "You should try it with me," she suggested with a smirk. Astoria was sure Daphne would rather run in the other direction but it never hurt to try. She needed to loosen up anyway. She nodded at Daphne's correction, not particularly bothered by it. She'd only been joking anyway. She frowned at Daphne's comment. It felt more condescending than what she had patience for at that moment. "Yes, well, I keep myself busy," she replied, avoiding her sister's gaze. Not everyone could be as perfect as Daphne Greengrass.
She laughed but didn't reply. She wasn't going to confirm or even attempt to deny it. Astoria had never really been a very good liar and Daphne would probably see right through it. "That's so very kind of you, dear sister." She pushed her hair behind her ear in mild annoyance. She had no doubt that Daphne would throw her under the train. The question was whether Astoria would be willing to do it right back. "Maybe I'll just get them to focus on Cleon then. He's the eldest, after all."
