Following his lead, Annaliese slowly lifted a cookie from the plate. It had been weeks since she'd indulged herself with one of these treats, and so she took her time, breaking the cookie into bite-sized pieces. She was not relaxing, per se, but the atmosphere of the Minister's office wasn't uncomfortable. She'd been in worse places with more frightening...creatures...
Annaliese nodded, understanding his explanation. "What I was able to show him during his visit, he enjoyed." She had been careful, however, in making sure her father had not run into anyone without magic or a few undesirable witches and wizards. "He would like to visit again, perhaps for a little longer, in the future?" She left it as a question, should the MInister be opposed to it.
