Nate Cadwallader natebenimble

1. A semi-continuation from euphorialane, with the exception that Brandi and have altered the time line and rewound the story of Nate & Sally-Anne a bit. Right now they are ex-fiances, she broke off the engagement and left the country, and is now returning after five months. Nate has not seen her yet. A few facts about Nate:

1. He is a professional brooms racer, and pretty good at that. Last summer he placed second in the world's competition, the Annual Worlds Race Circuit. Second, of 50. There was one race a day, most of them long distance and not short sprints, every day for almost a month - spanning all seven continents, and hitting most countries. Yep, exhausting. But worth it. He was kind of the "rookie" in the race, it was his first time, and no one expected him to do that well, but he was bloody determined. Now he's invited to race in pretty much every race, so he has to pick and choose which ones to enter.

2. He's a former Hufflepuff. Class of 1997. Used to be on the Quidditch team. Y3-Y7 (barring the year that there was no Quidditch)

3. He could use a core group of best mates. He tends to lend himself very easy to "bromances" with the Puff dudes from his year. He's nice, easy going, fun to hang out with, a bit of a goober, etc...

4. He was known at hogwarts for being a flirt, and for being the kind of guy to snog random girls but never "date". This continued after Hogwarts. He was a fling to fling type bloke, no relationships for him. The early stages of his career was littered with press about him being a bit of a womanizer. He was linked to a few famous females during this time as well - any takers?

5. His only real girlfriend happens to be Sally-Anne Perks. No one could believe when player of the year turned all monogamous, but he did - for her. He was smitten, and proposed on Christmas day in 2003. When she left him, breaking off the engagement, Nate was a wreck. Constantly drinking, getting into trouble (re: bar fights, arrested for public drunkenness, etc...) He's just finally picked the pieces up and stopped being such a hazard, with in the last month.

Chance Warrington of_a_lifetime

This is my first time playing C. Warrington, or Chance for that matter, but he does have a few attributes of other characters that, if you've been in a game with me, you might be familiar with. First, he is the son of a former character of mine (Olivia Boswick, M75), so there's a bit of her in him, and her history in his profile. Second, he's got a little of my Augustus Rookwood mixed with my Rabastan Lestrange personalities int here. And the rest is all him. I point this out in case you were wondering why certain things seemed familiar.

1. He is a Slytherin, also class of 1997. Former Quidditch player. Former Inquisitorial Squad Member.

2. He tends to be incredibly... lazy. He gets other people to do things for him, because work is such a chore. Yes, he had younger years do his homework almost all the time back in school, and now he is not ashamed for it either.

3. He is the owner of a popular upscale restaurant which can double as a club at times. His restaurant happens to have the entire upstairs as wizarding only, and the first floor open to muggles and wizards alike. It is located in muggle London. This is a very popular place to be, and has hosted many big parties and etc... You want to be seen at this restaurant, yes, you do. Oh yeah, it's called "The Hidden Dragon"

4. He has a lot of staff underneath him at the restaurant, so he doesn't do much aside from being a professional socialite. He's the "face" of the company. He's out there schmoozing, and etc.

5. He tends to use people to his advantage, and rarely feels guilty if they get hurt in the process. However, those who actually make it to his inner circle? He'd never betray or harm them in anyway. Those people enjoy the benefits of his "what's mine is yours" attitude, only if they deserve it.

Both can use friends, enemies, acquaintances. Flings: Past Flings, Present flings. Chance could use future flings as well. Shags. Chance can have some ex-girlfriends, though Nate only has ex-hookups. (hookups could have been a more than once variety, but never did he allow the label boyfriend/girlfriend to be attached)

Hey everyone,

It's Bee (Gwen Montgomery) with my second girl Mandy Brocklehurst. Mandy's a former Ravenclaw from Harry's year and current Healer. She works for St. Mungo's so technically has an office there, however because of her speciality she's often off on the field with mediwitches/wizards at Quidditch, Quodpot and other sporting events. Obviously this can extend to anyone else who's injured in physical activities, though most of her patients are probably professional sports players.

Personally, Mandy's a bit more closed off than in her professional capacity. She's quite talkative among friends and colleagues, but fairly selective in whom she considers friends as she can be a bit of an intellectual snob. That being said she likely considers most former Ravenclaws mates of some level, and probably was crap at getting to know other houses whilst at school. Anyway, I think I'll stop now as it's late, I have to go to bed and am now rambling, I would love to work out some plot for her, and if anyone needs her Gwen could definitely use other stuff to do.

Hello guys, It's Malia (Su Li) with my second character: Jasper Urquhart!

He's a pureblood Slytherin that was in the trio's year and is currently the star seeker of the Tutshill Tornadoes. Brought up in reasonable wealth, he was one of the more 'liked' Slytherins: charming, confident and bubbly, but undoubtedly cocky, a tiny bit arrogant and ridiculously competitive. Nevertheless, he was popular at least in his own house and was the Slytherin Quidditch team captain for the last few years at Hogwarts.

As of late he's been womanising, partying and playing Quidditch, and little else. If anybody wants to lead the fellow on, or make friends with him, then cool! I'm hoping to post Su's London store launch soon, and everybody's invited! Well, not technically; only the rich, famous or sociable have been invited to attend but there was a mix-up with the guestlist and it'd be too easy for extra people to slip in. It'd be cool to have a comm-wide event.

It's a meet and greet session, followed by a speech by Su Li, then a fashion show, then complimentary champagne and food that will not be eaten by the stick-thin models. Whose game? Tell me if your character is invited, and whether they will be attending, plus any plot ideas! Thankyouu, hope you like the idea.

So some unexpected things came up and have sucked away my time like a huge vortex. This is why I've been kinda MIA. Well, kind of MIA because I still have been online. Between my game and helping a co-mod of mine save the game she had been starting I just barely have any time to actually play. So before I get Owen in any solid plot that will leave people hanging more than they already are (Sorry Kier-mun!) I am going to bow out. I am so sorry for doing this as I really wanted to play. I love the whole Gossip Girl spin on it. Maybe if things settle down I will be able to return?

Anyway, what happens to Kier? Well, his ex-wife came back, he was still in love with her, and she couldn't live without him. Like everything with them, it was snap decisions and they're moving to France like they had planned. He referred his patients to his friends from school (now healers) and gave Rose a glowing reference. And now he's left the building.

Hi, guys! This is Jamie (player of Katie!) and I'm bringing in none other than Lisa Turpin. Lisa was a Ravenclaw in the trio's year and after Hogwarts she attended the WADA for dance. She's currently a yoga instructor and also just started teaching a ballroom class. She's very intelligent, friendly, and a touch sarcastic with a bad habit of passive aggression. She isn't nearly as balanced and centered as her job might lead someone to believe, but she's good at pretending. You can read more about her here!

So, uh...hi! I'm Kate, and I'm new here. I'll bringing you Seamus Finnigan, theatrical director. He's artsy, smart, temperamental, social, and both a very laid-back friend and a very demanding director. Due to a recent pub brawl he found himself in, he's now in Anger Management training - which means that he's taking a yoga class and seeing a therapist, neither of which he's especially happy about. It is, however, better than spending time in jail, so he'll take it.

As for me, I'm a 27 year old who lives in North Carolina and teaches high school English. (As I write this, a room full of teenagers are writing sonnets because I have commanded it.) :) I also do roller derby and community theater. So...yeah. That's me! I am very happy to be here, and I cannot wait to start plotting and doing stuff.

Hello everyone! This is Amy, one of your mods, coming with her fourth and final character! Everyone, meet Lavender Brown.

Lavender is a bubbly, outgoing and gossipy girl who loves to shop and put on makeup and is basically a girl. However, she's not quite as ditzy as she was back in Hogwarts. Lavender now owns "Miss Witch" a magazine for young witches. It's sort of like Witch Weekly, but aimed for the teen to twenties crowd. She just started the magazine last summer and is working her hardest to get the magazine even popular as it is. This puts her into connection with a LOT of players in game. Celebrities (Cat, Donaghan) who she wants to do pieces on for the magazine, Quidditch Players (boys, so the magazine can do sexy shirtless pieces on them, and girls so she can do uplifting pieces about strong women, etc), Fashion Designers (she'd love to have some shoots of Su Li's designs), Photographers (who want a job?), Writers (Anthony, etc, who want to write articles), Advertisers (because magazines have ads), really I could go on and on. Anyway, here is her survey.

Anyway, I would love to get Lavender up and threading ASAP. I know the old Lavender had some game activity, but that was only with Seamus. I do have to jump in and do a little mod note here and say that the player of Seamus Finnigan and Terry Boot has left the game for inactivity. But fear not! Someone I've RPed with before had applied for Seamus (yay!) , so we've agreed to negate that history if she gets accepted.

Anyway, yes. Threads? Especially with Parvati who Lav informs me is her "BFF", but anyone else too! :D I'm off to upload icons... :)

Hi!

Writer of Cho and Vaisey here. So, not even a month ago, I got a new computer (off warranty) and by the time I had a week it was acting up. I, of course, let it go, convincing myself it was no big deal. Now it's screwing up so bad that I had to take it in. So I did, yesterday, only to find out they need to keep it 2 - 3 days. At first, because of private stuff, I didn't let them keep it, but it literally at worse in less than 24 hours, so it's being dropped off tomorrow.

I will not be completely computer-less, however, because I'm gonna use my roommate's computer after she goes to sleep (and I can probably steal some time on when she's not on it during the day) which is around 10 to 11 EST time. Theoretically, I can use the computer until they get up around 7, but I actually doubt I'll be on it past 3. BUT that's still three to four solid hours of online time.

I'm really sorry about this! I'll keep up-to-day with my tags and other things as much as possible. I'll be back with a working computer as soon as I can (and if something happens they take longer or have to - *gasps* - send it away to be repaired I'll let you know it will be longer). Again, I'm sorry sorry.

Hello, hello! My name is Jamie and I will be bringing in Katie Bell! Just a little about me, though, before I get into the lovely Katie.. I'm twenty-one and I live in Wisconsin which puts me in CST. I work in the very exciting world of cell phone insurance. And by exciting, naturally, I mean awful. XD I'm looking at going back to school in the fall, however, to finish out my degree in English education. My favorite color is green, I have a dog named Rudy that is my soulmate in dog form, and I am currently drinking Boones Farm out of the bottle. ;D

But, onto Katie!

Katie was a Gryffindor a year ahead of the trio and is most well known as being part of the fantastic Chaser trio that graced Hogwarts for a few years and eventually getting cursed by a necklace in her seventh year. After Hogwarts she worked for her father (who is a broomsmith) while lying low, although she did go back to help fight in the battle. Once everything was relatively back to normal, she went into professional Quidditch! She was signed onto the Montrose Magpies for a bunch of years before Falmouth gave her a better deal and she was traded.. which is where she is now!

Personality-wise, Katie's incredibly friendly and loves to party. She thinks alcohol is the best thing that ever happened to anyone.. ever. She is easy to get to know and gets along with just about anyone. She is one of those loud personalities that makes it easy for her to make friends because she can find something to talk about out of nothing at all. Buuut, she's also very loyal to her friends and is absolutely dedicated to Quidditch. Friends and Quidditch come first above all else! You can read more about her here!

Yesterday kind of unexpectedly kicked me around a bit and I wasn't on as much as I'd expected. I have Blaise/Pansy going at the ball (I owe you for that, hon, and it'll probably be when I get back from my daughter's basketball game today).

Were we going to do Cat/Rose? I was figuring I should see how George and Cat are at the ball, first, but I'm game for starting any time. Also, were Luna and Rose going to meet? And does George want to talk to Rose at all? Or Donaghan?

If I need to start anything, just poke me, ok? I should be online around 3pm eastern today, and then I'll be pretty much on except for cooking/cleaning stuffs around the house.
