WARDED TO THE SENIOR CLASS:

Hey guys! I was waiting for a quiet weekend to post this, but honestly I'm not sure we're going to get one of those between now and the end of term, so here it goes.

In December I started working on a new senior project, and it's been coming along really well! I'm making oil paintings of each of the house campsites (if you've seen me lurking around Coppertale and Ebonhide recently with my sketchbook, that's what I've been doing). Now that I've started enchanting them I decided that I'd like to paint each of us in as well, just so we're wandering around and having campfires and doing all the things we've done at our campsites for the last four years.

Soooo if you guys wouldn't mind modeling for me it'd be a huge help. If you don't want to be included or you just don't have time, that's fine! Just let me know. But I'd like to get everybody if I can.

I don't want to monopolize the aesthetics classroom during class time, so here's a list of times I'm free. It'll probably take me about an hour.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the 2-3PM hour.
Thursdays after lunch (I can also do before lunch in the 11-12 hour, but I usually sit in on junior animagus studies).
Fridays 11-12 or after class if we don't have bonding!
Anytime on the weekends.
If you're not free outside of class, we can do it during aesthetics - that's Mondays/Wednesdays 10-11AM.

P.S. How are your senior projects going? I know a few other people were considering starting over.

	How are you going to decide people's actions/placements? I'd be curious to know about your enchantment technique, too. Those sorts of things are so fun. Probably sooner rather than later! It's getting a little out of hand. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I'm going to take some references while I have you guys in the studio, but mostly I think I'm just gonna wing the actions. There's a certain way each of you exist in my head right now, and I want to preserve that as much as how you look.

And I can run you through the enchantments if you're interested! I have a few things in mind, but I just finished the weather enchantments on each of the backgrounds and that actually went way smoother than I was expecting it to, which was a nice surprise. The thing I'm most worried about for the people is that each of the paintings is three panels with different seasons and I'd like them to be able to walk from panel to panel and be wearing different clothes.

	I think that's really special. It's not just capturing the campfires -- it's capturing your experience here and with us. Do you think you'll write a statement too? I'm sure we could give you more references for outfits and things, if that'd help. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I hadn't thought of it, but that's a good idea! I'll start thinking of something. Yes! Everybody bring your favorite casual clothes. I can do the uniforms from memory probably. (Reply to this) (Parent)
