I need your help.

I don't know what to get Leo for Christmas. I am afraid if I get something too nice, it will scare him. If it is not nice enough, he will think my interest is fading. Which it is not. Things have happened that make it more serious, but it is only a month long relationship, at best.

The reduced number of prefects and staff does not excuse students from behaving appropriately. All rules that apply during normal school operation apply now. In fact, this calls for higher vigilance. New considerations are:

If you see one of your peers doing something dangerous to themselves or others, it is more important than ever that you report the behavior. Do not make tired jokes at me about ratting on your friends, you all know exactly what I mean.
If you are residing alone in a cabin, do not touch your roommates' belongings without their permission. Chris, do not threaten to mess with my things next time I am gone, because currently your bed is at my mercy.
Which leads into: no sleepovers. You may not invite other students to use your roommates' beds. Curfew is still enforced.
Remaining prefects are asked to volunteer extra time on rounds in order to cover as much ground as possible. Rounds must still be done in pairs for safety reasons.
If you need access to a classroom that is locked due to the teacher being gone, you must speak to Ms. Rhee or Mr. Hightower for access. Be prepared to explain your reason.

Both the Head Girl and Head Boy have returned home. I am, in fact, the only remaining senior prefect. Any concerns or requests for exceptions must be brought to me or a member of staff if you hate me and want to go over my head. Otherwise, you are all trapped in here with me.

Ah, Ravi, you are failing in your gossiping duties. (Kidding, kidding! Part of my Christmas gift to Rafa this year will be to resist teasing about this and just say that I am very happy things are going so well for you two. I am very fond of Leo.)

As for gifts... I know when you are saying "nice" you mean very expensive. Maybe you should be thinking less about this and focus instead on something that will make him smile at the thought behind it? Some joke between you two? (Perhaps a very expensive bag of turtle food? Kidding again! Just please do not buy him a beater's bat. This is not romantic at all.)

	No Quidditch supplies. That is something his parents should buy him.. not his very handsome and charming boyfriend. I am not so experienced at this as Ravi may think, but it is more intimate now.
