Luckily for you, it's on a sliding scale and we're high school students without jobs. If I can find the right sub-section... oh, here we are.

"For each individual Grouching Grouched by the Grouch, the Grouch [that's you] must pay one of the following penalty prices. All Grouching penalty payments are to be paid collectively to the Grouch Collector [that's me] once a week.

GROUCH TAX PENALTY PRICES
One Grouching is equivalent to:
1. One ewe, live and hale
2. One ram, live and hale
3. One hour of Were-Fi time for the Grouch Collector
~~4. One lapdance~~
4. One glitterhug to the Subordinate Grouch Collector [that's Carney], with physical proof that the glitterhug took place
5. The Holy Grail. As in, The Holy Grail.

Dancing gives you a lot of opinions but not a lot of options.
