MEME: Dog Breeds

My favourite game to play at the bar is "What breed of dog would you be?" where I determine what breed of dog my friends would be based on my comprehensive and pointless knowledge of everything canine. Real people are not enough and I'm mad with power, so I want to do this for your characters! And, like, other people can also give input. I guess.

Yes, this meme is completely self-indulgent.

Fill out the form and I'll tell you what kind of dog I think they would be if they were a dog! WIN-WIN. (I'll post an example with Kurt.) Disclaimer: Most of these will probably be bigger dog breeds because they're what I know best. Sorry not sorry for the bias, big dogs are the bomb.

Because filling this out might actually be useful for me, and also, I'll do what I want. (What I really need to do is Casey's because I wrote his entire app from the stance of 'badly-behaved dog.')

Social Disposition: Enjoys meeting strangers and is pleasant to them. With friends she's very attentive and affectionate, though in a sarcastic way that can seem rude to outsiders. Loves to play and tease.
Independence: Independent and don't mess with me a lot of the time with occasional moments of extreme vulnerability. Not so much stoic as driven.
Loyalty: Extremely loyal but not afraid to call someone out on 'their shit' if she thinks they're acting like an idiot.
New Situations: Approaches with determination.
Energy/Play: SO. MUCH. ENERGY. Not Energizer Bunny, though — it's funnelled into sports and studying. And then partying off the excess. (Note to self: like a workin' dog or something.)
Fears: Abject failure of meeting her academic/professional goals, particularly if she could have prevented it; dealt with by working. even. harder. Pushing away her friends one too many times and them deciding they're better off without her; dealt with by trying to show her appreciation more and reach out to them more when she thinks they need it, even though both of those things are haaaaard.
Environment: Happiest playing team sports.
Mantra: "Don't ruin a good thing" is the obvious one. "Fuck this, fuck that, FUCK!!!" is probably also accurate.
Other: lol.

Quinn is an Alaskan Malamute!
- If properly socialized from a young age, they become friendly to pretty much everyone.
- Malamutes need mental and physical exercise because when they're bored they can be pretty destructive.
- Sometimes territorial of their food. Also, THEY. LOVE. SNOW.
- They do love to be around people.
- Fights, whether due to sport or territorial concerns, can get... bloody.

	I think Quinn's PB met some Instagram-famous dog at some point, and that's what the photo's from? Quinn doesn't have a dog and has never had a pet and kiiiiind of mostly doesn't understand Why People Have Pets. (She's slooooowly learning.) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

haha, I figured as much. :)

Quinn would just be like, holding Sylvain from arm's length like a weird baby. "WHAT DO I DO WITH IT??" But after stealing Missy for an afternoon during the Fever Fervor mess, she's beginning to see some of the light. ... can this happen, Callie.

I imagine somewhere down the line she'll have a familiar like a cat (that can be left alone for long periods and doesn't care), or a fancy rat (that can just hang out all day in her sweatshirt pockets and doesn't care).
