MEME: Dog Breeds

My favourite game to play at the bar is "What breed of dog would you be?" where I determine what breed of dog my friends would be based on my comprehensive and pointless knowledge of everything canine. Real people are not enough and I'm mad with power, so I want to do this for your characters! And, like, other people can also give input. I guess.

Yes, this meme is completely self-indulgent.

Fill out the form and I'll tell you what kind of dog I think they would be if they were a dog! WIN-WIN. (I'll post an example with Kurt.) Disclaimer: Most of these will probably be bigger dog breeds because they're what I know best. Sorry not sorry for the bias, big dogs are the bomb.

Social Disposition: Addy is a social butterfly, usually. She's excitable and genuinely happy a great deal of the time. She is so happy for and so proud of so many people. She does very much play up her own ALWAYS ON persona for other people, though. Once she's in a smaller group of people who she's very comfortable with, she mellows way down and also uses bigger words.
Independence: it's kind of deceptive maybe, but Addy doesn't actually like leaning on other people for literally anything. She's very independent and is much much better at talking about other people than she is about herself. She would rather be self sufficient, because that means she can cut and run if she absolutely has to, without the other person having to suffer too much of a loss or know more than she is comfortable with.
Loyalty: Loyal as hell but ALSO flighty. She's the kind of friend who might wander off to more exciting pastures and then circle back when her attention is drawn back. Or when she deems herself wanted/needed again. As an underlying watermark though, if she likes you even a little, she will have your back if you're hurt or in times of crisis, no questions asked. People earn her undying love and affection by standing up for or being nice to her genuinely even a little.
New Situations: Addy approaches new situations face first, ALL IN, but is also smart enough to know when to get out of bad ones
Energy/Play: She is so ridiculously energetic. She gets excited easily, talks fast, wakes up early, is delighted by big and loud and colorful things!!! She handles this mostly by talking to people who can tolerate her never sitting still at a like mile a minute pace. And by ~~peeing on the rug~~ doing stuff she knows she shouldn't because it's at LEAST more interesting than sitting still.
Fears: The big two are hurting someone she loves by doing some stupid shit, and people treating her too seriously and trusting her with something important and she'll inevitably fuck it up. She does not deal well with the first fear as we have seen, but for the second ensures that very few people take her seriously by being herself, only louder.
Environment: GROTTO PARTIES SUM IT UP WELL? Not too fancy, lots of places to flit around, can settle in with people if she needs to.
Mantra: STARSHIPS WERE MEANT TO FLY. Idk either.
Other: I think you probably have divinatory powers these are awesome ♥

Weirdly enough, Addy was a challenge! I think she could probably fit a beagle, too.

Addy is a Brittany!
- They want to please their humans and the love them very much — they're both devoted and loyal.
- A Brittany is an endless energy machine.
- They can be singleminded (on something they're not supposed to be) if it's really, really cool, and are otherwise easygoing and quick to catch on.

If I was ever forced to get a dog from a breeder I'm 99% sure it would be a Brittany because they are just. the. best.
