MEME: Dog Breeds

My favourite game to play at the bar is "What breed of dog would you be?" where I determine what breed of dog my friends would be based on my comprehensive and pointless knowledge of everything canine. Real people are not enough and I'm mad with power, so I want to do this for your characters! And, like, other people can also give input. I guess.

Yes, this meme is completely self-indulgent.

Fill out the form and I'll tell you what kind of dog I think they would be if they were a dog! WIN-WIN. (I'll post an example with Kurt.) Disclaimer: Most of these will probably be bigger dog breeds because they're what I know best. Sorry not sorry for the bias, big dogs are the bomb.

chris is an asshole to friends. The closer he is to you, either the bigger he asshole he is to you, or the gentler he is to you. It really kinda just depends on how much of an asshole that specific friend is. He's also an asshole to strangers, though, so it's a little weird and confusing.

He doesn't have a large group of friends. But apparently he has some friends.
Independence: Chris is stoic. Unless he's drunk.
Loyalty: Dude is ride or die
New Situations: Chris throws himself into any and all new situations, unless he thinks they're dumb. But he did challenge Rosy to a race climbing trees in heels so....
Energy/Play: He's selectively hyper. He's hyper if there's something dangerous or sporty or naked going on. Or a challenge. And when he's in a playful mood, he's still a bit of an asshole, but a smiling asshole, who will nag you until you just give in and entertain him.
Fears: I regret this meme. I don't like introspection of questions I haven't considered. Abandonment. And he reacts with anger apparently. And then very fragile stoicism. And then an addiction to a magic rock. Y'know, normal shit.
Environment: Violence. Preferably violent sports. He's an adrenaline junkie, so if there's something fast and dangerous he can be doing, that's his happy place.
Mantra: It's not weird unless you make it weird
Other: He's an asshole.

Chris is a rescue (American) pit bull (terrier) that just needs to learn how to love!
- Originally bred for fighting, pit bulls have a violent reputation. Especially because they keep getting bought from backyard breeders by total douchebags who want a "tough dog" and then mistreat and abuse them and then the dog becomes scared and aggressive and it's TOTALLY THE HUMAN'S FAULT SO STOP BLAMING THE DOGS and ok moving on
- Do they have a bad, mean reputation? Yes. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? If you treat a pit bull with tenderness and respect and patience they're amazing companions and total goofballs who won't leave your side.
- They're also courageous and strong as heck. Be your inner pit bull, Chris.
- Much like pit bulls, Christopher Park is probably banned in the City of Toronto.

p.s. bc of that little white button i keep thinking our boy tom's wearing a clerical collar.

	Seriously one of the BEST DOGS I'VE EVER KNOWN was a pit/boxer mix. I knew her when I was a kid and she was always around TONS of small children and was only a danger to bears. That bitch fucking hated bears. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

The dog that helped Monty go from dog-aggressive (because he was scared) to a little city socialite was a pit bull! Her name was Jane and she was the best. By the time she moved away ( D: ) Monty had gone from trying to eat her face to obsessed and in love with her.

... of course, bc Toronto, when her owners moved to Toronto they had to get fake doggie papers that said 'this dog is a... lab/boxer mix.' or else she wouldn't have been allowed on the plane. THEN when they moved BACK to Cali, they had to get NEW PAPERS that said SOMETHING ELSE because the airline they were flying with won't fly boxers for health reasons. And they wouldn't have been able to say 'oh she's a pittie but we're leaving so it's cool' either, so she needed a whole new mix. SIGH!!!

I think so. :( He saw her multiple times a week for like, more than a year. And then one day POOF. But Jane's legacy lives on~~~~~

ROTTIES ARE AMAZING DOGS. Ugh. All dogs are the best ever.

Recently QC was going through the steps to put in BSL, which caused an extra uproar because *that's where we send our pitbulls.* Where will they be sent when the haven no longer allows pit bulls?!

	Omg such a cute story!! I used to pet sit and I walked this mom rotti and her puppy and people would literally go to the other side of the street to avoid us. But she was the SWEETEST girl ever and her baby was so lovey and energetic and just the best. I got legit annoyed people acted like they were scary. ALL DOGS ARE AMAZING AND SHOULD BE LOVED.
