THE MEDDLER'S ALMANAC

With the flood of new players (hi! yay!!), I thought it might be nice to have a concise place to talk about our character's relationships. The Winter Formal is coming up, you guys!!! Honestly, I just didn't wanna risk stepping on anybody's toes in my OOC attempt to fill people in or Cricket's IC attempt to relinquish her Queen Meddler Crown to Bae. I know we just did a Wanted Lines meme and we have lots of intros to sift through, so this can be very brief. Basically, just include what you think a student who reads the journals regularly/has working eyeballs would know about your character's relationships so far.

Sexuality: If you feel comfortable, let us know how a well-intentioned meddler might perceive your character's sexuality.
Bestest Buds: Who is your character always seen with? The best meddlers know not to throw wrenches in friend groups.
Notable Past Relationships: Has your character dated anyone casually or exclusively in the past?
Current Relationship Status: Are they single or spoken for?
The Messy Bits: Would it be obvious to an observant meddler that your character has a crush on their bestie? Or has your character engaged in public flirting and/or fighting on the journals? What's going on in the ol' Gooseberry rumor mill???
Anything Else: Optional. Is there anything else you want people to know?

Character Name: Ravi Dhaliwal
House and Year: Ribbonfin Senior
Sexuality: Slight mystery since he's very adamant about claiming he's not to be interested in dating. But he's kissed both girls and boys in LARP, and Ravi's not really hiding it when asked, so a meddler would probably know he's bisexual.
Bestest Buds: Sun-mi, Rafael and Asher are his BFFs, but he also considers all of the senior Ribbonfins to be close friends.
Notable Past Relationships: Never dated... except in LARP. He spent three years in love with Ricardo Ramirez (Rafael's older brother and the founder of LARP Club) who was enough of a narcissist to keep leading on Ravi even while he was faithful to his girlfriend (now fiancée). This probably wasn't hard to guess from observation, but Sun-mi, Rafael and Asher are the only ones who know definitely yes that Ravi needed to get away from Ric.
Current Relationship Status: Single
The Messy Bits: Ravi has a crush on Diego Morales since at least the Halloween party, but he's been trying to act pretty cool about it because it's a really bad idea. Luckily, all those years crushing on a guy with a girlfriend has given Ravi an admirable ability to compartmentalize his feelings.
Anything Else: Ha ha Ravi only pretends to have his shit together.

	The italics struggle is real. If Ravi ever needs a PowerPoint presentation about why admiring Ricardo Ramirez is a bad idea, Quinn's his guy. She's probably already got it prepared and set up in an empty classroom. (Reply to this) (Parent)

OH LOL I ALMOST FORGOT (i shouldn't be allowed to fill these things out while i'm drinking)

Ravi and his BFF Sun-mi fell in Amortentia a few weeks ago and ended up making out a lot and declaring their affection for each other, and it dredged up all sorts of messy "what if" feelings between the both of them. Sooooo things have been... slightly tense. By this point they're probably more than halfway back to normal again, but Sun-mi and Ravi have realized that "playing romance" with your bestest and dearest friend is Weird and Complicated.
