Hi there! I'm Nicole, I'm brand new and I'm bringing Aiden Guthrie with me. I'm a 30 something Australian, which has proven to be the most inconvenient time zone ever, and I work for the government which is exactly as boring as it sounds. Also the cdj I rarely use is at sadpersonified in case I know any of you! I'm honestly not sure. Anyway, on to Aiden:

He's the little brother of Asher Guthrie and is originally from New York.
Coppertale sophomore. He wasn't sure what to expect from his sorting but he likes where he is. He doesn't think he's bossy and he can be fairly quiet sometimes but yeah, he has no problem saying what he thinks when he wants to.
He's a musician, pretty much grew up at his piano and it's basically the love of his life.
He's the new(ish) Seeker on the Coppertale team and he's very excited about this! He loves flying, loves quidditch and loves showing off on his broom so it's just win-win-win.
He hates cheaters, on and off the quidditch field and will call out anyone who tries something, including his own teammates. Especially his own teammates.
He really likes winning though so he spends too much time researching and practicing obscure moves that people won't expect. Also they're fun to do.
Part hippy, part adrenaline junkie.
If he could be naked all the time, he would be (not sorry) and he'll always be barefoot whenever possible, no matter what the weather is. Down with socks.
He's very friendly, loves people and is very open minded and laid back, pretty much just going with the flow most of the time.
For all that he loves people, few things make him uncomfortable like someone being upset and coming to him for help. You'll pretty much get a hug and an awkward 'there there', followed by another hug. He's sympathetic but, um, what's he supposed to do? His coping skills in general aren't very good since he pretty much figures everything will work out on their own somehow. Luckily for him, he hasn't had any major dramas in his life. At least not yet.
He's a bit on the naive side and subtleties can fly right over his head at times. He tries.
He gives his all to music and quidditch because they interest him but almost nothing could motivate him to do something he doesn't enjoy. His music is his life, and only career ambition, so why would anything else matter?

Wanted lines for Aiden: Anything really! Friends definitely. He’ll probably treat you like a friend anyway so you may as well. Anyone who doesn't like him, though he'd have to have a good reason to dislike someone back. Teammates, classmates, etc. A crush/former crush/ex/love interest/people who’ll kiss him (likely female but he’s not especially fussy).

bodysaysno, not sure of we've played together either but heyy this game is fun I love it.

So, this journal is Anuhea Alapai, senior Ribbonfin. She's on the quidditch team as a chaser, so they would be rivals, but shes very friendly and easy going, so she'd chat about quidditch. LOL SPEAKING OF CHEATERS...she didnt actually cheat herself, but last year she was in the center of a little scandal that lots of people know about that she slept with the boyfriend of her friend when she was drunk at a party. She makes bad life choices. But shes nice! Idk, probably would at least be friendly?

Of more interest is my Sophomore Coppertale Victoria Powers

vicpower. She's a very good student, and pretty focused on studies. She's not into quidditch at all, but she loves music so maybe they could bond over that? Vic is terrible at feelings and is basically unsure about romance and stuff. She has never had a crush or been attracted to anyone and shes been a bit concerned about that (she's demisexual and coming to kinda realize it?), but shes decided she wants to try kissing both guys and girls and like, see if maybe she DOES feel something (she probably wont, not unless she already really really likes someone but she doesn't really know that yet). But they should bond over music? She'd be impressed by his skill. Her iguana can play guitar so maybe she'll bring Hector by and they can jam?

He's all for friendly rivalry! And he'll try not to judge since he'd just feel bad about it. They're in a few clubs together so I imagine they'd be pretty friendly.

As for Vic, he'd love to bond over music! And jam with her iguana, of course. He's pretty useless with feelings himself and it's probably a good thing he doesn't give out advice since it'd probably just be 'kiss everyone'. But yes, music sounds good!

YAY MORE QUIDDITCH PLAYERS! Clem is on the Ebonhide team, is a fellow adrenaline junkie, and is always up in all the other teams' business. She plays chaser and has gotten pretty good at it but she holds a secret flame in her heart for being a seeker someday, so she might give him an extra hard time for being starting seeker his sophomore year. As a bonus, she'll kiss ANYONE.

Ivy's (

iviie) a senior Ribbonfin and probably won't have too much overlap with him.

Ariadne (

deimons) is also a sophomore (although new this year as an exchange from Hogwarts), and is in a few classes with him. She's terrible and catty and they probably wouldn't get along very well? But she's always up for more people to antagonize.

& This is kind of an ass pull but Reece (

thingamabobbs) really needs friends: his family's also from NYC, and he has a muggle parent who works in the news (print journalism, but still) - so I can see their parents getting along as family friends maybe? Reece's family is also not super popular in wizard high society bc his mom's got privileged government information and she married a muggle journalist, so they'd have that in common.

	He likes Clem already! He feels a bit bad about lucking out with the timing to get made Seeker but actually not that much. Oh my god, I love Ariadne! He doesn't get her at all so that should be fun. Antagonize away. Aw Reece sounds great, definitely friends. They probably don't have a huge amount in common outside of their families but Aiden says they'll make it work! (Reply to this) (Parent)

Hello! I'm Emma and I'm one of those 30 somethings too. Also my M key is broken so if I lose m's in this, I'm sorry. Oh man that was a lot of m's.

Anyway. I have four of these little creatures but I'll start with the most possible crossovery ones.

This journal is ~~Hayley~~ Ferris, an Ebonhide sophomore. She's usually pretty grumpy, isn't that good around people and is miserable at most magical things. She grew up in the middle of nowhere on a compound with suddenly rich hicks and most of her life has been hunting and skinning. She really enjoys that. She also eats apples like a creep cutting them with a large knife in the back of rooms. BUT don't let that scare you, she's more bark than bite and she's damn good on the violin. Which is pretty much one of the few things that's she's actually happy doing. So maybe some music time at least between them.

lfmkarapst is Trixie Armstrong a Coppertale Senior. She's on the cheer team and a bit crazy. She spends her time making magical creations and has turned into something like a mad scientist on campus. Trixie creates things for LARP, for herself, for costumes, for fun. Her senior project is to make magical things for people with disabilities to be able to play video games/do things easier in life so she's usually wandering around with some weird mechanical thing in her hand. Also she's always got fruit. This apparently is a running thing with my characters. Weirdly.

catseyenebula is Katya Ivanova an Azurcrest Junior prefect. She's super Russian and only showed up in the US about five years ago. She's a tad reserved these days but for the most part friendly and more than happy to talk to most people. She's an easy going Prefect so he won't have to worry about her at all. But! I'm pretty sure Asher is a good friend of Katya's boyfriend(thing) Casper Kim so there might be easily some cross over there.

Finally my beach bum of a senior

rararasmussen Jeremiah Rasmussen. He's a bum, he's that guy everyone just wants to punch because he's smart and does everything pretty well just has literally no drive to do anything. Ras is super rich, lives off of Cape Cod and his family made all of it's money on yachting crap. He's got his own boat and plane and too much money but he's so super friendly that it is impossible to make him mad. It's literally impossible. He loves everyone.

Hi!

Music bonding sounds good. He was probably intimidated by her at first (how is she even allowed a knife like that on school grounds?) but people who'd actually stab him wouldn't play violin that well (he figures, based off nothing) so it's all good now.

They all sound amazing! I'm not sure how he'd know most of them but he'll probably just kind of befriend them anyway.

Sadpersonified sounds familiar but idk why? Either way, I'm roz, welcome to the game!

Most prominent is Chris at this journal. He's a senior and a beater on the coppertale team. He's a bit prickly and aggressive. And has a lot of drama going on, but that drama probably hasn't overflowed to nonseniors because he's not the kind of person who complains about his drama tonpeople he isn't close to.

Chris is hard to get to know, but he's better with his team. So he'll be distant from aiden in the beginning but they've already played (and lost) two games, so Chris is probably already warming up to him. Plus he respects Aiden's brother.

I also have Solomon Webb who is on the ebonhide quidditch team but also a sophomore, so they'll share classes. Solomon is also pretty chill and super friendly and treats everybody like a friend so they should be friends basically.

Then I have Olivia Sanchez who is a junior coppertale. I'm not sure if they have much overlap but she is a prefect and friendly and on the cheer squad so she's aware of his existence.

on the field, and during practice, Chris is drastically different than how he is normally. He's more serious - probably more intense too, but still more serious. So if aiden wants help with anything quidditch related, Chris is more than willing to help him out there - he values hard workers and effort when it comes to quidditch (and during quidditch try outs, Chris and Roxanne's entire job was to knock the new kids trying out off of their brooms. Chris rated them based entirely on how long they lasted on their brooms while under stress. So it's entirely up to you how long aiden lasted, but he impressed Chris during try outs)

Heyyy brotherrrr (it's Rin, person of Asher) <3 So pumped about Aiden as I've already gushed to you about, and since we've plotted with them I'm just going to give you a quick run down on my other person here.

This is Hazel! She's a sophomore Coppertale cheerleader obsessed with sports (especially American football and Quidditch) and they have all of their core classes together, so her and Aiden at least know each other, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were friends in some capacity. She's energetic, competitive, and occasionally a little too wild for her own good (she's really into running around the woods and climbing trees). She'll think he's a psycho during the winter because she is perpetually cold and wearing ten million layers.

Hi there! I'm Heather, 30something Brit, and I have four kiddos.

This gal is Tabitha Ogletree, Senior Ribbonfin and cheer captain. Her little brother is one of Aiden's roomies. They're a pretty fancypants family from Philly and her father is one of the state's MACUSA reps.

~fillefidele is Joanna May, Sophomore prefect for Ebonhide. She's a tiny, feisty wee thing from NYC and has strong career ambitions.

~notacad is Will Chase, Azurcrest sophomore. He's basically a human puppy. Loves soccer, and has a big time crush on his classmate, Frankie Noble.

~thecourtier is Dominic Tremblay, Coppertale Junior prefect. He's a pretty feisty Quebecois and is known for things like long, convoluted walking routes around campus.

Welcome to the game, Nicole!!! I'm Marin, one of the mods, and I'm kiiind of on hiatus, but I didn't want to leave your post without saying hello, because i'm very excited about Aiden. :D

(Sob, when we saw your time zone, we were like "Heeey, our first Australian!!" before realizing that's going to be kind of inconvenient since we post all events in the morning in Mountain Time Zone, since that's what works for us. The game tends to be somewhat active at all hours of the day, but um, please drop a line in mod dropbox if there's anything we can do to help? :c)

But uh, I play two characters who'll be relevant to Aiden! First up is Sylvester Stoker (

stokers), Aiden's Captain! Coppertale's been having a rough season. Sy is very tough, very intense captain; like in the two weeks between their first two games, he put them through a murderous practice schedule. They lost anyway. :( Quidditch is on break until February, so the most Aiden's had to deal with is Saturday practices in winter weather, but I'm sure the INTENSITY will amp up again in a few months.

Um, I'm not sure how they'll get along? I can see some tension if Sy feels Aiden is less dedicated to Quidditch than he is, but frankly everyone is less dedicated to Quidditch than Sy is, lmao. Sy has gotten mad at everyone on the team at least once, don't take it personally. But it sounds mostly like Aiden's very enthusiastic and he works hard so it should be ok?

And then I have Micah St. Clair (

auteur), an Azurcrest in Aiden's year, and a reserve Keeper/Seeker for Azurcrest's team. Micah wants to be a film director! He's a bit scattered but very enthusiastic and talkative. Like Aiden, he's friendly to pretty much anyone and has a hard time disliking people, so I imagine they're probably friends? Micah would find all of his broom tricks to be VERY impressive, and would love a collaboration sometime if he knew about Aiden's music. His latest movie needs a soundtrack~~

You had him at being impressed by his tricks. Friends sounds great, and he'd happily help out with the soundtrack.

Hi Nicole, welcome to the game! I'm Josie and I have four characters here. Also, I'm in the UK so I actually find Australian timezones much more convenient than US ones. :)

Anyway! This journal is Pippa Nightingale, a Ribbonfin sophomore and Hogwarts exchange student new to Gooseberry this year. I think she'd get on super well with Aiden! They're both musical, concerned about the environment (Pippa is a vegan), kind of naive, and Pippa also likes going barefoot... but only in summer. Pippa is ON A MISSION to get herself a HOT AMERICAN BOYFRIEND this year, and it's quite likely she has a crush on Aiden, but either way I think they should be friends.

Henrietta Gray (

unregrettable) is a senior and the new Azurcrest Quidditch captain this year, taking over from her sister who was captain for the last two years. She likes flirting and having fun but can be pretty blunt. She's also a Seeker, so will be v aware of Aiden as her ~new rival~ this year!

Coralee Wong (

firecoral) is a Coppertale junior, and kind of a bitch although she tries to hide it under fake sweetness and passive aggression. Very few people like her, but! She is on the Coppertale Cheer Squad so she'll be cheering for Aiden during matches. (Although she doesn't hold back her disgust when the team lose.)

And my newest character is Irene Lovelace (

interlacing), Ebonhide senior, but I don't think she'll have much overlap with Aiden.

(Molly Quinn!) Pippa is adorable and I can definitely see them getting along. Feel free to rant to him about the lack of vegan potions! He'd be very flattered if she had a crush on him and it probably wouldn't take much for him to start crushing right back. Friends sounds good!

Aiden hopes that's a friendly rivalry. He says as he laughs nervously. But he respects all the team captains and hopes he lives up to the position. And he's always up for fun and flirting.

Aiden doesn't know how to take Coralee and goes back and forth between assuming she's actually that nice most of the time and... not, so he probably just stays away from her.

Hi Nicole! Welcome to the game! It’s great to have you here. :) I’m Meggie, one of the mods, and I play 5 characters: Diego Morales, Reid Wainwright, Calvin Evercreech, Rafael Ramirez and Mackenzie Prince.

Reid Wainwright

unresponsive is a junior Coppertale. Last year he was their team’s Seeker, but this year he’s been moved to Chaser due to his unreliable focus. Reid seems like an unfriendly ice prince, but the reality is that he’s reaaaaaally awkward. Reid has awful communication skills. Reid's probably been extra awkward around Aiden because he didn't actually want to stop being Seeker, but Sy (not unfairly) decided Reid just didn't care enough to be trusted with Seeker anymore. BUT Sy did suggest Reid offer Aiden help practicing as Seeker after their losses, and it's possible he's warmed up if Aiden was receptive.

Diego Morales

morale is a senior Azurcrest. He’s a hipster musician, and although musically gifted, he’s kind of a ditz. Diego is friendly, warm and attentive, but also incredibly impulsive and messy with really bad self-esteem. He’s a staple of the party scene at school. Diego will probably mostly know Aiden through running into him in the music room. He likes to be the cool big brother to sophomores, and his little sister, Essie, is in Aiden's year.

Calvin Evercreech

evercreep is a sophomore Ribbonfin and a Hogwarts exchange student (former Slytherin). Calvin is a reforming Slytherin bully, who’s still on the abrasive side, but is generally harmless nowadays. Calvin is very bright and a fantastic student, but he’s also whiny and prickly. He gets bullied by Sy, Aiden't captain, and as a result is inclined to be wary of everyone on the Coppertale team, even when they're friendly with him. :(

Rafael Ramirez

firstposition is a senior Coppertale prefect. Rafael is socially poised and gracious, but he’s also an unrepentant authoritarian. He’s a severe prefect and while generally sweet natured, he’s also severe and doesn’t take any shit. His opinion of Aiden depends a lot on how well or how poorly Aiden handles being told no by prefects. If Aiden is mellow about it or just doesn't break rules or start fights much, then Rafael's likely very pleasant with him.

Mackenzie Prince

princeprincess is a junior Azurcrest and the cheer captain. She’s like if you took a mean girl and a class clown and threw them into a blender. She loves to laugh… usually at someone else’s expense. Kenzie’s also an aggressive flirt with a bit of a morbid streak. She'll absolutely tease and flirt with Aiden. Sometimes it will get mean. ♥

Aiden would have felt so awkward taking over as Seeker (especially after their losses) so he'll have done what he can to make things okay, and will take any help Reid wants to give. He loves quidditch and no doubt had visions of uber-team bonding and everyone being best friends. He'll get over it.

Diego's a musician so Aiden likes him already! He'll have definitely tried to get to know everyone taking Music since they seem like His People. Also he would be happy to have a second big brother!

Aiden really hates bullies but I'm not sure how much he'd actually know about that, so he probably just finds Calvin a bit annoying, which is progressive for him. He probably will still try and be friendly though because he can't help himself, even if it doesn't work.

Tbh, Aiden's a bit of a goody goody and even though he pushes the rules sometimes, he usually respects prefects so I can't imagine there'd be many dramas there.

Oh god, Aiden has nooo idea how to take Mackenzie. On one side she's hot and she flirts with him but then she's nasty so he's probably just confused and a bit hurt but kind of wants to impress her too. Apparently it doesn't take much for the poor boy to be whipped.

This is Frankie Noble and she's also a Sophomore (over in Azurcrest) - she's an enthusiastic little nerd. She is, however, the sort of person who is very happy to listen to people's issues. So he can just shove them at her and run.

And Roxanne Barringer (

tightwire) is one of Coppertale's Beaters. Welcome to Team So We Suck This Year, Whoops! Roxie's from a circus family and specializes in tightrope walking - so her Quidditch style is pretty much 'this is probably not a thing sensible people would do on a broom.' But, yes! Friends!

valentinez, a ribbonfin senior. calm, friendly, frankly super ribbonfinny w some sprinkles of rebellion. she plays chaser for her quidditch team, is in a band w a couple of azurcrests, super super good at potions, kinda brainy/academic, annnnnnd also a wannabe seer (much to the dissatisfaction of her mother). most recently she's been falling back into some overworking tendencies & getting quietly disillusioned w things ;-; she tends to get along w pretty much everyone cos she's so chill ? she and aiden could bond over music stuff probably ♥ also quidditch!

then there's Laurel Templeton,

laaurel -- she's an azurcrest senior, super into drama & theatre & costumes and clothing charms, dancer, nerdy lil bookworm. she's kinda just a silly, straightforward, cheery type who thinks everything is funny and has a hard time taking anything seriously except her sincere interests. she also has an identical twin in ribbonfin, which is fun. she's generally pretty easy to get along with too i think, if a bit of a weirdo.

last is Jonathan Wilde,

destructobot. ebonhide junior. he's an aloof, pretentious lil dude w a competitive streak who likes to write ~secret poetry~ and do sick skateboard tricks/risk his life for the daredevil lulz. reserve keeper for the ebonhide team. hides insecurities under a prickly too-cool too-smart exterior, or at least that's what he hopes. is actually kind of a good friend if he likes you. uhhhhh he and aiden have OE together and definitely deal with eachother on a regular basis there?? plus adrenaline junkie shit. they might not get along personality-wise, but that there is a bonding kinda thing so idk

Hi! I'm Jordan, and I have two, both of who will be mildly relevant to you!

First off on this journal is Avery Davenport. Both Quidditch at Outdoor Exploration put them in the same place, same time, so they'll know each other that way even if she is a year older. I can see her liking him and them being friends. She also just had a REALLY fun debacle with his older brother, Asher, and during the Amortentia Incident</b> she fell in love with Asher and vice versa. Now they're SUPER awkward. Chances are she'll be a tad awkard with Aiden, too.

Next is Penelope Vargas

sneakoscoped who is a Coppertale Senior, and reserve Seeker. She hates Asher. She was the Seeker, but her shit attitude got her kicked down to reserves and any Seeker since that point is met with much dislike. Expect a lot of glaring from her. She's also, in general, not into any of the things he is, two *whole* years older (big whoop) and is on the far more introverted side of things, so they probably don't interact much aside from her giving off the murder vibe.
