Hi guys!!! My name is Lyss at troll, I live in Wisconsin where I work a lot but it's mostly an 8-5 type deal, and if this person looks like someone you have seen before I am shamelessly duplicating Libby from ~olympics BECAUSE I MISSED HER and this game looked so fun :(

SO THAT ASIDE!
This is Adeline Foster-Hayes, but you can only call her Addy; please. She's an Azurcrest Junior and she used to be an Ilvermorny Thunderbird. She's from Virgina, where her parents are both pillars of their communities. Both sides come from hefty Southern tradition; her dad's a Muggle judge in Richmond, and her mom's family is well-known, if not pureblood. She has an older and younger sister, and they are much better at managing family tradition and upholding honor and such.

Addy, meanwhile, is a hot mess. She's good at Potions, which is why she got into this school even a little bit, but otherwise her focus is DECIDEDLY not on academics. She's too busy Having Fun and Saying Yes and Flirting with Everyone and Getting Really Really Wasted. She's kind of a colorful whirlwind and has come really close to crashing two cars. Whoops. So as you might imagine, she spends a lot of time in detention and has ABSOLUTELY failed out of classes. She doesn't really care, though. She's extremely flighty when it comes to friends, and has a lot of surface-level ones, but is even more extremely devoted to the few who are close. And she can get very Southern/passive-aggressive when mad.

The one thing this year you may notice is that she is not sleeping around/making out with everything that breathes (!!!!) because she has a boyfriend, details to be added when he is in :D BUT YES I am sorry about her, she is ridiculous, PLOTS OF ALL KINDS PLEASE!

	Yay roommates! Katya is a tiny short loud rich as fuck Russian girl who's more of a stoner than anything else but is suuuuper smart somehow. She's some how prefect and tend to have iPod dance parties in bed tents at night. Also Addy is welcome to stack on top of Katya to reach things! (Reply to this) (Thread)

HELLO! I am Alex, and I have two characters but ONE OF THEM IS YOUR ROOMIE, HEY GIRL.

So this is Riley, she is your roomie. She is tiny and she's from Alaska and last year she was an exchange student to Hogwarts, which was the absolute worst thing ever. She has a SHORT AS HELL TEMPER, and is kind of a bitch, and a shameless flirt, and idk lots of things. SHE HEARTFACES ADDY, YOU JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER TEMPER A BIT OK.

the other one is nathaniel bird (

flyover) and he is an Ebonhide Senior and prefect and probably not a lot of excuses for them to interact BUT WHO KNOWS, HE MIGHT APPEAR OUT OF THE WOODWORK.

She would love Riley, honestly. Someone tinier and more violent than she is! Addy will idk spend a lot of time petting her hair and telling her to calm down and be happy, as she tends to get a little Mom with her roommates/housemates. She's so glad she's back from England :(

She talks to everyone and I am sure would talk to him, too, she will interact with a wall so WE WILL SEE.

Hey Lyss! I'm Meggie, one of the mods. Welcome to the game! :)

Addy probably knows Diego Morales (this journal) best. He's a senior Azurcrest, musician, and staple of the party scene. Back before Addy got her boyfriend, when Diego was also single, he probably flirted with her a looot. Maybe they had a fling in the past? Diego is very friendly, accepting, and welcoming, but is also deeply insecure and needs everyone to love him.

Reid Wainwright (

unresponsive) is a junior Coppertale, and he's on the Coppertale Quidditch team. He was in Addy's year and house at Ilvermorny, too, so they've at least sort of known one another for a while. Reid is icy and unfriendly, but only due to how intensely awkward he is. He probably finds Addy a little ~overwhelming~.

Last is Calvin Evercreech (

evercreep) is a sophomore Ribbonfin, and I doubt Addy will need to deal with him often. He's a fantastic student and a pretty deeply unpleasant person.

She would be at least friendly to your other two, but yeah, "overwhelming" is a p accurate descriptor. She'd be kind to Reid for sure, and try not to be too !!! at his face. Diego also does that kind of thing a lot for fun so that works perfectly. x) I'm sure they had a good time. But yeah, now I imagine they're friends in the way they're both friends with tons of people. Diego really loves the junior Azurcrest girls' dorm in general.

If she's kind to Reid, he'll warm up! Reid's not hard to win over and she's a familiar face. She'll always be a little much for him, buuuut he will also be staunchly convinced Addy is a Good Person.

Anyway, I have Iris Shacklebolt, Coppertale Senior. She's originally from Hogwarts (Gryffindor), she's the daughter of Kingsley Shacklebolt and its her first year here!

She's hard-working, intelligent, passionate, kinda of a steamroller, a bit of a perfectionist, but polite! She's friendly, though she's kind of reserved at first because it takes her a while to warm up to people. She doesn't really like to talk about herself, only when she gets comfortable with someone!

zoey valentine, ribbonfin senior. she's a chaser on the team, v good at potions, in a band, wants to ~break free~ of her mother's expectations and be a ~seer~. friendly, calm, has a little rebellious streak she's been nurturing more the past couple years. potions is actually what got her into gooseberry too?? she's a bit more academically oriented than adeline, but that could either be something that brings them together or makes them kinda rivals, depending on what you find interesting c: (not that Z is particularly competitive, tbh)

iiiii think they'd be cute friends tho :D

Hey Lyss! I'm Madeline, and I've got two here:

This girl here is Sybilla Borgin, mostly goes by Sylla, junior Ebonhide and Hogwarts exchange student where she was/is a Slytherin. She's been here since last year and revels being in a place where not everyone knows about her family (her parents are Borgin & Burke, it's the family business), and where she can separate herself from her siblings. She's basically if Guillermo Del Toro designed a Disney princess, I find that's a good way to escape the tl;dr. She has morbid creepy interests that she doesn't understand are not normal for a teeny little blonde girl to have, but talks about them just as enthusiastically and cheerfully. She gets too obsessive with classes but is well practiced at bottling up those emotions and letting them all go during dueling, which is her true passion.

And then the one that will probably have more to do with Addy is Holden Bright -

blinkah, junior Ribbonfin and team Seeker, and it's pretty clear that's the only reason he even got to the school. He's a doormat and way too shy for a talented athlete who is destined to get thrown into the spotlight, but so avoidant of conflict and drama that he often gets pulled into it. He's terrified of most of Addy's dorm, but too powerless to do anything to stop it. He'll be around accidentally getting lumped in with the ~cool kids~.

Hi Lyss! I am Sara and I was gone for three days and came back to chaos and I'm trying to catch up, so sorry for the late reply!

This is Ree Hobbs, she also is in Azurcrest and was an Ilvermorny Thunderbird so they are def. familiar. Ree is also kind of an intense whirlwind of Doing Things She Maybe Shouldn't as far as funtimes goes, but she has enough of a responsible streak to have been made prefect so idk. She's extremely honest all the time and is not shy at all. She's closeness with Riley and Katya soooo.

Isaiah Covington

icovington is a senior Ribbonfin, he is super introverted and spends most of his time in the music room. TBH I am pretty sure he's terrified of the Azurcrest Junior Sophomore Girls.

And Gabi Flores

gabiflor is a sophmore Ribbonfin who is like sweetness and naivete and optimism in a ball so. IDK if we will have anything there but THERE IT IS.

Hello Lyss!!!! I'm Marin, the other mod. I apologize for taking so long to get to you, and I'm so glad you decided to join us because Addy is suuuper cute. ;o;

Of my three, Addy will probably interact most with Sylvester Stoker, fellow junior and the new Coppertale Quidditch captain. Sy is an alpha male bully who likes to flirt obnoxiously with girls, but will have backed off if Addy has a boyfriend now. He thinks she's hella fun and cool, like the rest of her roommates, and sees absolutely nothing wrong with how disastrous Addy is. You do you, girl.

Addy has briefly talked to Ravi (

paladins) who's a senior Ribbonfin prefect, pretty nice and social if straight-laced. He tries to be friendly with everyone, and will gladly answer questions about anything even if he's a little embarrassed to be discussing how much kissing goes on in LARP. (A SURPRISING LOT, ADDY. 😳)

Last, there's Wilhelmina Tran (

resentfully), an uptight overachiever who dislikes Azurcrests as a rule, especially popular pretty party girls. So they're not likely to run into each other much, but if they do, it'll prob be antagonistic, lol.

Hello!!! THANK YOU it is so fun so far!

She likes Sy and before this year flirted right back. But if she saw him bullying or whatever she'd probably gently try to pull him back because that is mean, and he is better than that ok!

She thinks Ravi is awesome and will probably continue to accidentally terrorize him but it's interesting! She is always at least legitimately interested and not mocking when she asks stuff, she promises

And she will MOST likely avoid Wilhelmina bc that seems wise ;)

Hi Lyss! I'm Josie and I have two characters here:

First up is Pippa Nightingale, a Ribbonfin sophomore and Hogwarts exchange student new to Gooseberry this year. She's also really good at Potions but she kind of hates it because she's a vegan and it is Not Cool that so many potions use bits of chopped up creatures. >:( I get the feeling Pippa will probably be a little intimidated by Addy but admire her from afar??

My second character is Henrietta Gray (

unregrettable). She's a senior and the new Azurcrest Quidditch captain and I think she'll get on really well with Addy since they sound pretty similar, especially the bit about loving outdoorsy adventures. Oh and I got to the line in Addy's bio where she "punched a guy at a concert (for hitting on a girl clearly not interested! Necessary!)" and I was like OKAY HENRIETTA LOVES HER. So yes. Friends??
