ANIMAGUS STUDIES AND ADVANCED STUDIES CAPS
The advanced studies caps have all been raised to 15. This means Animagus Studies and Occlumency are now open for a limited number of new students. This is only applicable to incoming students, and you may only have one of your characters in each Advanced Study. For example, you can play both Betsy and Bob, and Betsy can be in Animagus Studies, and Bob can be in Occlumency, but Betsy and Bob cannot both be in Animagus Studies.

Now, onto what you really want to hear: How this whole Animagus thing is going to work.

Once a month, starting in December, we will roll randomly to determine one or two students who are able to successfully transform. The chances will be higher for seniors, since they've been studying this longer. If your character is chosen, the mods will contact you to let you know, and after that you can determine when and where their first transformation takes place.
