Hi Gina! I recognise the AIM - I think we were at Feinted together for a little while? I played Kevin there :)
I have five here so I'll try and keep it short.
Leon - Hogwarts Head Boy, Ravenclaw 7th year. Was possibly the most laid back candidate for the post in recent history, but the responsibility's made him a bit more serious. He's still a bit of a Lad though. (He needs friends especially roomies OMG.) Think of him as similar to his previous incarnations, just weighed down by the responsibilities.
Larissa - Ravenclaw 6th, speaks with a South African accent as Afrikaans is her mother's birth language. Essentially the same as at Feinted, but she's going to be relating a bit more to the foreign students.
Vicky - Gryffindor 6th, one of the fairer Gryffindors with regards to the Potter v Diggory rivalry. She will be interested in what happens at the foreign schools, but I imagine Fleur will annoy her if she says anything unfair about Hogwarts within her hearing.
Anzelm - Durmstrang 7th, a highly controversial choice for prefect because basically, Karkaroff and half of the governors loathe him. Pureblood blood traitor through and through. Essentially got chosen for the post because he's vocally a critic of the school's policy effectively banning Muggleborns (amongst other things) and they briefly attempted to look less elitist. Realised they couldn't get rid of him, despite his criticisms, because that WOULD make them look elitist. He and his younger brother were accepted onto the Durmstrang delegation so that the governors could get rid of them for a year.
Anais - who will have most relevance to Fleur! I haven't chosen a class for her yet (really need to get on with that), but she's BB7th, Chaser and Captain of the Linottes, and took them to a Championship win last year. Like the Feinted Anais, she's a tall, red haired French-Canadian glamazon who speaks French with a Quebecois accent and English with a Canadian one. She's pretty cool with the British stuff because it's not all that dissimilar to Canada, which she calls home, despite spending most of the year in Paris.
