So, as of tomorrow (Monday), Penny will be moved to a regular room at the hospital. For visitors who have never been to see her before then, they will probably ask at the front desk and will be told her room number. However, for people who have already been to see her, it's possible they'll go down to ICU, be like "buh?" and then somehow figure out she's not there any more.
As far as her status goes, she is getting hydrated and is in better spirits (meaning she isn't passed out so much any more). She will also likely be given her phone back some time this week. Just so that everyone is on the same page with the type of information they will receive when they ask about her progress, basically, her immune system really took a hit and they're trying to figure out why. The preliminary bloodwork comes back with a minor respiratory illness, and her blood count is all over the place. So, she's getting antibiotics right now and they're doing more extensive studies on her white blood cells. :O
