A few quick things [26 Dec 2010|10:45pm]
First of all, I apologize for all the Lexie spam. You guys know how I get with her >>

For the record I still have like 345073459873459 million things to do with all my other characters (there is still a handy-dandy list here) and I'm happy to add to it!

But anyway the big thing is: people who were at Mari's Christmas party: Lexie was radiating happy healing vibes all over the place, so if anyone was there while Lexie was there and accidentally touched her, any minor wounds they had (scrapes, hangnails, papercuts etc.) will have mysteriously vanished. Feel free to have people speculate on this XD

EVERYONE READ [26 Dec 2010|11:29pm]
HELLO. Big news.

So, Emily and I have decided that because the game is as old as it is, and because people are all on vacation now, that we might possibly have some new traffic coming through. I think everyone can agree that now is the time people look for new games, and we want people to look at ours!

Basically, what we've done today is made the game a bit more navigable and tried to clear up questions and concerns that people have had/made comments on in the past. Among the new changes include:
- a holds page: people are always commenting about not knowing exactly where to place holds. Well, now we've designated a place

- a taken pb page: for the lazy people who don't feel like looking through the cast list, they are now all in one fancy place (with the errors fixed!)

- a timeline: we've mentioned this before, but we finally linked it in the userinfo

- some new questions added to the FAQ: basically, we added the mod emails/AIMs and clarified on the availability of new powers

- some changes to the premade page: this is possibly the most important change. The most common comment that we get is that the premade page is very intimidating. However, it's helped us out a lot and people really utilize it. Our only option was to make it a bit easier to look for characters that we're interested in having people fill. Basically, we're going to ask that everyone RE-POST their premades under either the under 25 comment or the over 25 comment. We figure that most of the premades are out of date anyways, and have a lot more established relations in and out of game. We also ask that you include only ONE PREMADE PER COMMENT. We understand that this might be tedious, but it makes it a lot easier for us to just screen the comments when they're filled, rather than comment on them that they're taken because there's more than one left available. It keeps the page looking clean and uniform. If you have any questions regarding this, comment here or ask Alissa or Emily. The pre-existing comments on the premade page will be screened until they're posted under one or the other comments. If it takes too long, we'll possibly repost it for you, but obviously if we do that, we'll just be copying exactly what's already posted and if it's out of date, that might be too bad.

SPANKS! And hope your holidays were fantastic.

ETA: We have NOT changed the date of the game. Jen made a really good point about it that I can't ignore. Sorry for those of you who already changed your dates.

ETA II: Emily just updated the Occupations page, so if anyone's missing let us know!
