Hello everyone! I'm going to be making some changes to a few things this week. Nothing drastic, just making so adjustments to the FAQ and applications. Everyone who has already applied shouldn't really worry about this. It's more for clarity on future applications (and really only the scientist applications).
Basically, the main change I'm making is that adults don't HAVE to be scientists to be involved in the project. Obviously the project would have brought in outside members under confidentiality contracts to do things like teach, medical care or security. Although, your scientists can still be teachers, we will make it an option to have them be scientists at all. Or even to have families to care for.
There will still be no children on the island unmodified, but now, adults do not have to be scientists.
That being said, we're severely low on scientists/adults, if anyone is interested on bringing them in.
I've also swept Jaclyn with Dorian and Nikhil.

Hey everyone! It's Jessie who plays Alex, here with my second character.
This is the non-Bella Swan version of KStew. Meet Janey Watts! She is a 17-year-old high school Senior, full time painter and loner extraordinaire! She prefers to be alone but doesn't actually mind the company of others when she's in the mood. She has telescopic vision, but she's not weirded out by it because she thinks it's pretty normal and hasn't ever been like "Dude, can you see that shit all the way over there?" Her night vision is also pretty sweet.
As for her home life, she has a sister who is two years younger than her, and they fight like whoa. But usually, they like each other so long as they stay out of each others way. Her mother just had a pretty bad cancer scare, but she's in remission now so YAY!
Janey likes to smoke and perhaps experiment with other drugs, but it's mostly just cigs she's addicted to. She's tried to quit, having made a promise to her mother, but she's having a hard time breaking the habit. I will, from time to time and completely by accident, spell her name as 'Jayne' because of my sick obsession with Firefly. If you see that, please smack me. Thanks.
So, please toss some plot at this new, spunky chick. She's bicurious, kind of a rocker and used to walk around school with a hoody to scare off the bullies. She's a total tomboy, but really, I'd be up for any sort of plot.
