I know I just got in the game, but I'll be away until Sunday evening for a friend's 21st. Until that time, assume Jacquelyn's been up and about (and thus able to be stopped), but has managed to keep a low enough profile that she hasn't really been cornered yet. I'm guessing we can explain it by having Laura sort of deflect people who show up at the door until Jacquelyn has time to settle (and I get back).
That said, I'd love to start getting her in the game when I return, but I'll need a little outside help for that: Jacquelyn isn't the sort to approach people, although she might watch from a distance. If she's spotted between Monday and Sunday though...well, I'd assume people would get curious enough to investigate the matter.
Let me know if you can think of anything to do her plot-wise! Basically, she just needs a little push in the direction of the kids.
