Hi there! I'm Callirhoe, and I'm new here. I'm bringing in this kid here, Jake Sobieski, a junior in high school and a major jock. He plays just about every sport ever, but mainly football, swimming, and baseball. He's in the popular crowd and is a good friend to those who are likewise "in", but to those lower on the high school pecking order, well, he can be a total jerk of the sort who pushes people into lockers, trips them in the hallway, mercilessly mocks them, etc. Sorry. He's also not the brightest of kids and has a mild case of dyslexia, meaning school is hard for him and he tends to have trouble with reading and writing and will mix up words at times. But call him stupid and he'll give you a shiner, and another one to match if you don't get the picture. Jake's good with mechanics, loves cars (particularly his own), and has started working summers at the one garage I'm imagining is on the island, so if your character has had work done on their car last summer, they might have dealt with him. Oh, and his superpower is "appearance alteration", basically meaning he can change his face around and change his voice, but he hasn't figured out yet that he has it.
