Caleb put his hands on her shoulders and pulled her into a hug, even though he knew she probably didn't want to be hugged by him right now,

"You're a great girl Alice, but you're too nice for your own good sometimes, you try to see the best in people and that causes some people to take advantage of that...just...I wish you could find some nice guy from the island....one who is like us, who wouldn't judge you, who would be in the same boat.
