"Charm," Mary-Beth echoed, chuckling a little at the girl. "That's one word for it, I suppose." Eden was just like Mary-Beth when she was younger but Mary-Beth at least didn't drag adults into her shenanigans.
Mary-Beth smiled and perked up when Eden mentioned nipple piercings. "Do you want a nipple piercing? Those are fun. I can go get it all set up for you if you'd rather that instead?" She could at least try to talk the girl into something other than a tattoo. A piercing was somethings he could take out and let heal if she ended up not liking it. A tattoo at such a young age was just a bad idea, unless it was something like a memorial to someone you'd lost. "Dreams come and go, doll. And so do bands. You'll thank me some day for not putting that little bear on your butt cheek."
Mary-Beth blushed a little when Eden told her she was the best. She had talent, but she wasn't the best. If she was the best, she would have been recognized by an art collector or someone in the art world. No, Mary-Beth was just your average Joe who was handy with a paint brush and tattoo gun. "Trust is a big factor in this. But so are your parents. I wouldn't be very happy if my kids were your age and they came home with some messed up little teddy bear on their shoulder."
