WHO: Donnie and Emily
WHAT: Diner outing #2
WHERE: The diner
WHEN: Thursday evening (back dated)
RATING: Medium
STATUS: In progress
Still dressed in his business casual attire from just getting off work, Donnie headed over to the diner. Dinner was probably ready at home but his appetite kept him pretty empty. Stopping at the diner was a pretty usual thing for him after work, like a snack. It was just down the street so it didn't take him long to walk there. He checked around and looked in the window before he headed in, moving towards the back corner of the restaurant. The spot gave him a pretty good view of the front in case he needed to make a quick getaway. Despite being overly paranoid, he wasn't intimidated. What happened in alleyway just shocked the hell out of him. He didn't just kick douche ass but he knew how just before it even happened. It was pretty fuckin' awesome to be perfect honest. He still hadn't told anyone and he wasn't sure if he would. They'd all probably thought he was crazier than they already did, like asylum crazy. But better to be safe than sorry.
He sat down in the booth and played with the menu, not even really looking at it since he had it memorized, and waited. He didn't even really pay attention to who was behind the counter, more focusing on the diner entrance.
