She was a little impatient waiting outside in this cold, but she wasn't complaining as she tried to stay warm by bouncing around. It probably looked silly through the third person's eyes but no one was really around to see her doing such a thing.
Well...
When hearing a voice behind her, it made her stop dead and almost fall on her tush when she spun around to see who answered the door. The voice was familiar, but it wasn't Gio's. She actually didn't want it to be the voice she knew who it belonged to. Why couldn't a parent answer the door?
Amelia collected herself so fast, she was still fighting for breath when she finally responded to the question asked. "Y-yeah. I am! Is he home?" Good thing it was cold out, because her face was red from doing something embarrassing in front of someone who literally made her heart want to burst out of her chest and hug his own, and Ed just made her feel flustered in general.
Took her a second to decide to go inside or stay out here. Stay out in the cold? Psst. She walked right in with a weird little soldier march.
