Now she was picturing herself in the dress. Not really seeing herself grabbing attention from the local lads or making the ladies jealous, but merely spinning around in her room and make-believing she was a star.
Sometimes her imagination was like a twelve year olds but no really needed to know that information.
What snapped her out of her little daydream was the dog pulling and trying to get somewhere, and with no luck, it still tried to pull it's tiny weight toward whatever caught it's attention. Amelia straightened up, pulled out her headphones, and turned to see what all the fuss was about. She wasn't really going to yell at the kid for exciting the pooch, but merely asking where their parental figure was until another figure came into her goggled eyesight. "It's my coppery friend! If I didn't know this fellow belonged to you, I would have brought him to the lost and found." Amelia was teasing, of course. She gave a bright smile to prove it before glancing back to Penny.
"So what brought you out in this cold?" She asked, then realizing she had candy and turned to the boy with another smile. "Is candy okay to have or.. is the wicked witch going to snatch me up and take me away?"
