"Oh, that's probably a good idea," Gio admitted, going back into his room, carefully stepping over the ice cream bowls that he'd left on the floor, and headed over to his closet to pull down an extra blanket he barely ever used unless it was freezing cold. As money never seemed to be an issue for his parents, their heat was always cranked comfortably high, and he rarely ever had to pile it on his bed. The blanket kind of smelled like he never used it, thick and musty, but the cold January air would probably take care of that.
"Did you bring a hat and gloves and everything?" He headed out of his room and shut the door behind him, then walked down the hall with Glory until they reached the stairs. From there, he went right to the front door where their coats were hanging. Gio tossed the blanket at his feet so he could have both hands free to bundle up.
"If you want to borrow anything, like a scarf, we have a ton of stuff." Even if it was warmer outside than it had been during the big snow storm, the chilly air would still get to someone underdressed if they were out in it too long.
