Who: Alex Bailey and Fiona Bailey.
Where: Fi's apartment.
When: Friday afternoon.
Summary: In which Alex does a lot of work and warns Fi about Seth, and Fi just hangs out.
Rating: TBA.
Visiting Fiona's apartment was like falling through a wormhole. For all of their lives, the Bailey children were used to being surrounded by people. With siblings, aunts and uncles galore, it was no wonder the apartment looked so empty to Alex. He had only seen it once while helping her move in, but he remembered the open space, almost a bit like his own apartment. Except his seemed livelier. Perhaps that was because she was there. She always made things a little more exciting than they actually were, and Alex was all for it.
Fi had said she needed help assembling her bed, so Alex brought along a few essential tools he felt he might need while doing so. He figured it wouldn't take long. After all, it was just a bed, but Fi had promised dinner. And who was he to pass up on dinner? Once he reached her door, he knocked twice and stepped back, checking his cell phone for reception. He was never sure where his cell phone would get decent reception. After all the years that humans had to develop cell phones, they still could be a piece of junk sometimes.
