"Such five star accommodations. It's a wonder you don't have more people knocking on your door wanting in for a bed and breakfast." She loved her own house, but it was better than hiding in her room all night just listening to what was going on. Plus it might be better for her brother if she wasn't there to go run into his room when all was said and done and just hug him and tell him that everything would be okay. Well maybe she wouldn't have done that, but the desire would have very likely still been there. She hugged Penny back though before going along back to her room.
"Ehh... Probably not too bad in all actuality. He's Alfie and the baby of the family. I think he could burn down the house and as long as he said he was really, really sorry and that he would never ever do it again that they would just send him to... Some corner in the hotel room as he wouldn't have a bedroom to go to at that point, to think about his actions. He doesn't have a car to take away, so maybe his video games for a while or ground him until he's 21." Really she was sure they weren't going to crack down on him too hard if he just acted sad. It had worked for her growing up on a few occasions, though she thought it was a little better with her dad.
"I'm good on food though," she added with more of a smile and pulled her bag off and set it against the wall. "And I brought my most comfortable shoes along whenever the staff is able to stop checking in people for the night."
