Who: Ellie, NPC party goers and mentions of characters with permission!
What: The anti-formal party
When: May 28th
Rating: PG
Status: Complete/Closed
OOC: Hey, I did this as a solo as I figured people could just allude to their being at the party if they were the sort of person Ellie would invite! :D
Eleanor’s anti dance formal party was nothing if not electric. Her parents house was one of the bigger homes on the island and had itself many rooms and quite the impressive pool, a pool that her mother took great pleasure in sunning herself beside.
She’d invited a lot of her college friends, all of which were old enough to drink and even get tattooed, which many of them had. There was a plethora of people, littering every room, alcohol was free flowing and so was the smoke, dress code was abolished and everybody was welcomed to be themselves.
The sound system was quite incredible given the size of the room it had to fill, boosted by Eleanor’s special touch, people were dancing and having fun. There was much talking, laughing, swimming and socialising. With the set guest list it meant only people Eleanor wanted at the party were there, meaning there would be no room for drama or hurricane.
The night was a good night, Eleanor moved through the crowd like a social butterfly, spending a lot of time with Lizzie as she encouraged the younger woman to let her hair down and just enjoy herself. Totally helped along by her would be date, a young teen by the name of Robin who seemed to have a fun spirit, bruised nose aside,
Eleanor was pleased with the way everything had turned out and how people seemed to be having fun, feeling quite successful in transforming what would have been a disappointing night for certain people amongst the crowd into something a lot more enjoyable.
The party went on for many hours, most people winding up on the dance floor or in the pool, Ellie being one of them, enjoying what was left of the night and how much more it had to offer.
Anti something parties were always the best kind of parties.
