INCOMING!
Inbetween going to Wizard World Los Angeles and getting robbed, I totally forgot to mention NEW CHARACTER DE JOUR!

Here he is, folks: He's from the FUUUUTURRE! Because what's an X-Men game without a time-traveling Summers, really? This is Cable and Domino's son, John, who's come back from a war-torn apocalyptic future to teach high school aged kids. No! Wait, wait.... he's from a war-torn Apocalyptic future sent into the past to save us all from some... event. Sometime. He's got a timer, it'll ding when that particular crisis is here.

Now, here's the good news: he's been here for about three years. So enjoy him! He teaches... something. He shoots fools! He's an X-Man and he probably knows when you're gonna die, so don't ask.

And yes, he is bringing Sexy Back.

Okay!

Ryan had very little use for him in the recent past, being all 'phhhtttff. Movies with robots and pop songs have taught me that the future is unwritten. Your just crazy.' But lately he's probably working up to being flat out; "John, do you know when my mom dies? Is she dead now?" but he hasn't got there yet. But there is a decrease in the general 'go away future boy' vibe that Ryan gives off.

The novelty of the 'your from the future?' wore off quick for Sarah (she's so jaded, what happens when you grow up in a house with X-people as parents I guess). However, she's all for veging and watching TV.

Heather is slightly wary of him, despite her dad being all Alpha Flight-tastic, she hasn't had a lot of exposure to the wackiness that is the X-men and their allies lives, and people from the future still make her go 'whhat? How is this ..no time travel hurts my head.'

John has been totally easy going with the "future is unwritten" vibe from Ryan and probably really supported it (less questions to answer! yay!) and left the guy to his own devices. When his mom disappeared, John's just been awfully quiet and subject changey.

Sarah and he can totally bond over Celebrity Fit Club. And Heather will learn, in time. =D

Ok, now that we have our luv out, let's talk here....

So Dane's his teammate and he's weirded out by the future knowledge, so he doesn't really chat with him much outside of team stuff, I say... He tells himself he should but he hasn't.

Wes totally parties with John.

Eiko's not here yet, so we'll play that as it happens!

Ah ha, Dane can totally pick up a sense of metal inside of John. In his brain to be intact. MUHA.

Robbed? At Wiz World? Was it by orcs? I hope not!

Heath says that in the future he became totally badass and corrupted and Marz almost ate the entire world...cool?

I think he and Heath would get along...just because they look somewhat similar? Really, got nothing. Poor Chester will think 'from the future' means 'from a different world' and would probably be like that runt dog on the Warner Brothers cartoons that follows the big tough dog around, yipping incoherently.

WizardWorld is a Comic Convention, so sadly, no orcs. Maybe it was Electro, though!

Cool! Future knowledge is always awesome to keep track of. =D

John's a hd guy not to get along with. That's the beauty of being a prophet. =D And poor Chester.... he feels for that guy, really.
