Yes. he has this tiny little office with bean bag chairs, lava lamps, glow paint on the ceiling and walls, and a mini-fridge stocked with soda. He gives out gold stars once someone is able to resolve their problem with his help and he gives out lollipops when he thinks someone needs one.
