Say hello to Charlie (no not that Charlie, he's dead, but this guy was named after him). He's 21, he's got a dad named Logan, and a mom named Val (Cooper that is), and he's what passes for the librarian at the school. Yes, Logan's son is a librarian.

He's been here for ages, so you know, yay backstory! He's not overly friendly, but as long as you don't touch his stuff, or abuse your library privileges he won't bite.

A note on his NPC mom: Val Cooper is on the Commission on Superhuman Affairs, so when that NPC shows up, it's not always to visit her kid. Sometimes she's here to check out the school, and make sure all the super powered people are behaving themselves.

	Ha! Quin + Charlie = need to be friends. Because Jubilee was the Robin to Logan's Batman for awhile and she still has mad love for Wolvie. Davy doesn't visit the library often, so she probably doesn't know him really. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Quinn + Charlie = friends for sure. Charlie is kind of the anti-Wolvie sometimes, but he'd think Jubes was awesome, and want to hang out with her kid! Charlie is okay with Davy not stopping by that often. He kind of wishes less people did ... (Reply to this) (Parent)

Wes likes to get Charlie out and drunk, because well, anti-social guy in bars has fun potential.

Dane likes him fine, thinks he could use a shower more often and is honestly baffled by his hair, but likes him fine.

Andi will go to the library... to research roles! But how she'll deal with him? Well, we are so going to have to play that out!

	Magnar! Probably forgets or doesn't bother to return books. Donesn't care for him at all. TomandSean! Late fees galore! They're friendly, probably overly so b/c they can see it bugs him. Jimmy! Knows him as a familiar face, but little more. Doesn't utilize the library except for books that are non-school related. Loves technical manuals. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Jack: Probably thinks he's awesome. He's all for sons who aren't what their fathers probably would have expected. XD But he's in the library all the time and requesting special orders to be made and so.. they prolly know one another semi-well, but if Charlie's not that nice and Jack's so private, it's not well.
