Finally, and this is not a rule but a statement… you must participate actively in this game. This means you should feel free to suggest scenes, as well as instigate and offer up scenes and ideas. Be open with your fellow players, and honest! We are all here because we want to play, and no suggestions or ideas are a bother. They are welcomed!

Interested in applying? Woo hoo! Just fill out this application and email it to guiltmods @ gmail.com (without spaces). We will do our best to get back to you within four days. Once you're accepted, we'll ask you to make a journal that incorporates the game name. Please do not make the journal prior to acceptance!

Guidelines for choosing a PB: In the real world, not everyone is perfect and beautiful. To that end, we encourage people to look for PBs that are not your typical Hollywood starlet or male model. When you choose, please make sure your choice is age-appropriate, and please be realistic. We would suggest looking for a lesser known actress or actor.

Please include your PB choice with your application. All PBs are subject to mod approval. If your PB is not approved, the mods will offer suggestions to help you find something more appropriate.

The year is 1999. The war's over ... right?

Everyone's got a secret, and the wizarding world is no exception. These carefully kept guilty secrets, hidden away in the darkest corners of hearts, begin to come to light when the Death Eaters are suspected of making a resurgence in the year after Voldemort's very timely demise. Rebuilding in a time of political turmoil, what will the people of the wizarding world choose? Will they allow the Ministry to arrest and interrogate any and all suspected Death Eaters? Will they speak out against the tactics being used? Will they try to exact revenge by turning in those who've wronged them? Or will their carefully guarded secrets have them treading softly for fear of being arrested themselves?

Guilt by Association is a post-Deathly Hallows, non-epilogue compliant RPG. GbA is a game that encourages character development with the added benefit of a plot arc, as well as game-wide events that lend to personal plotlines.
