Good luck is a gene I was not granted with. I'm sorry for my long absenteeism and I wish I could say it's over but it's not. All the explanations needed are here so read carefully and once again, I apologize for this.
1) Papi died. Though the funeral part is over, the grieving not so much.
2) My mom's co-workers died in an unfortunate boating accident. The funeral was yesterday (it was sad) but now comes a work load for hell for my mom which means I have to pick up slack at the house.
3) I broke my foot. (Well fractured again technically). I will be icing my foot a lot, have to keep it elevated, must please my mother by being on the couch for hours upon end.
4) Family is coming in town and will not be leaving till Friday July 11, (Thursday if I'm absolutely lucky).
5) Once my foot heals I do need to get a job... even if I don't necessarily want one.
So yes, when it rains, it pours shit in my life and that's why I'll be around but not fully around. Please do pimp as much as you can. I will be back when I can find time. As for right now though there is a couch with my name on it along with a burn notice marathon... and more pain pills.

Hi, I owned PornoRPG on GJ. Made up the idea with a friend about 4 to 5 years ago. I have managed it, been good to it, and some jackass copied it and is claiming it as there own on IJ. So, to please my ego, I made a new dirty ad comm and I would love if anyone who does PSLs would join. Note, you don't have to do sex sls, just join to show up the bitch/ass hole who stole my comm.

Hey everyone,
So I'm bored and work and decided to say hi. Isn't that lovely? Right now in training. We basically read, memorize, and sit here thinking about banging out heads on desks. The good news is that it should be done around Jan. 22 and then my schedule changes.
So here is a hint, we have a writers birthday coming up. Our lovely Lucas writer has a birthday on Jan. 14th. So if you see her online on Sunday or Monday, wish her a happy birthday.
Also, I will do a new update tonight or tomorrow, depends how awake I am when I get home from work. I know, I'm a stinker.
We also have some members not taking the move with us. I will post those on Sunday. If you are one of those members please do inform me as soon as possible. Just helps me take the hold down and get an idea of how many members I should have.

HUGE OOC: Ok, so the new year is here and that means things will be changing. One, I am officially working the customer service line for turbo-tax at night. That's right, your mod here is an IT geek who solves tax software problems. But why is this news? Well my online hours will be shifting majorly so here is what you need to know.
1) I AM EASTERN TIME! Most of you know that. So that means if I am getting online, on most nights it will be from 1 AM - 4 AM! During work days, that's it. I don't believe I will be able to be on more. I mean that may change, but for the next three to four weeks, it's going to be that.
2) MY HOURS ARE ON THE ROCKS! I am unfortunately not sure what my hours are. I will be working 40 hours a week but I don't know if that's monday-friday, or wednesday-sunday, etc. Fact is until that is clear, my hours are weird and I just take what I can get.
3) I WILL BE A COMPLETE BITCH! I'm sorry, I am forewarning you all. If you have something petty with someone else, work it out yourselves. I have been working customer-service for four years along with telemarketing and I can tell you after a shift, I am cranky some and will not put up with little stuff. Little stuff I expect you to solve on your own. I only want big stuff.
4) I CAN NO LONGER PIMP! Sorry but unless it's a day off, I won't have time to pimp. So that means it is up to every single one of you to pimp. The communities success is now on all of your shoulders.
5) ADD INS WILL BE WHEN I HAVE TIME! That's right, they won't be as fast. It will be on one of my days off, and when I have the time/energy to do it. So that means holds may be going soon as well, haven't decided. Personally holds are kind of dull, don't you think? Eh, most likely they will go.
6) THREADS WILL GO A LOT SLOWER WITH ME! Since I only have so much time on, I will only be able to thread at certain times. Therefore, thread wise, don't expect a lot of responses quick.
Ok, so that's the changes. I thought I should let you know since they are all effective immediately. I mean I am still here, still playing, still around. Just it's different now. |
