Hello! I am here on behalf of ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) fourteenshades via ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) ftshadesmods. After a fabulous seventeen months (!) this Harry Potter multi-era game is still running strong. We currently have 29 creative players and nearly 100 dynamic characters, but don’t let our size daunt you! We regularly add new writers who have an easy time slipping right in thanks to the nature of the plot as well as frequent game wide events that allow each player a chance to shine. It doesn’t matter if you want to play a major or minor canon character – all are treated importantly in FTS. This game has Founders, ghosts, trio era, next-gen, and next NEXT gen! We have Order Members, Death Eaters, DA members, Ministry employees, shop owners, musicians, writers, professors…you get the drill.

About me and the character I play: I'm Christie and I play Kevin Entwhistle at novel_ideasrpg, I'm also the mod. The game is a pan-fandom that jumps worlds. We've just started Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
Character wanted to fill an SL & why:
Lady Amalthea was growing close to Kevin Entwhistle just_kevin and he'd like to continue to explore that relationship.
Draco Malfoy because Kevin just_kevin has a score he needs to settle.
Alice would be great to have around to show those not from Wonderland the ropes.

Hello! My name is Julia and I play several characters over at the long running fourteenshades. I am here on behalf of the game, but as the player behind DRACO MALFOY, ERNIE MACMILLAN, ALBUS SEVERUS POTTER, SALLY BONES, MICHAEL CORNER, and REMUS LUPIN, I am sure I can offer you added plot no matter who you choose. :)
FTS has many WEASLEYS and POTTERS cast, but where are HUGO, ROSE, DOMINIQUE, LUCY, and LOUIS? Your various parents, cousins, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are waiting for you!
Our HUFFLEPUFFS would love to see ZACHARIAS SMITH & JUSTIN FINCH-FLETCHLEY! Several old housemates and your Founder anxiously await your arrival.
FRED, GEORGE, KATIE, ANGELINA, & LEE would love to see some more classmates. They might think they want more Gryffindors, but what about some Slytherins, Ravenclaws, and Hufflepuffs from their time too?
STUDENTS are needed! A bunch recently finished their education so the castle is looking pretty empty for the fall.
ADULTS OVER THIRTY are always welcomed and needed.
FTS has been going strong for over a year. Yes, we have a big cast of players and characters, but most characters can slide in without worrying about former back-story. We love new faces so don't be shy! If you are looking for a game with dedicated mods who won't close ship over night, this is the game for you. We run monthly game wide events and also offer smaller plots/prompts along the way. We have several popular roles open (think Luna, the Patils, Neville, Order Members, DEs) so if you miss playing an old fave, stop by! We are starting a major plot next month so get that hold in now. You are already missing Quidditch Camp and a fun theatre production! :)

About me and the character I play: I play Faith Lehane from Buffy 'verse and Clara Oswald from Doctor Who
Character wanted to fill an SL & why:
I would love a Doctor to play with. While I would adore an Eleven, I'm not picky. Any other Doctor Who character interaction would be loved as well.
I am also looking for an Angel or Spike, or any other Buffy characters for that matter (that isn't Faith or Buffy) to play against. Faith is pre-redemption and Buffy is post-season 7. So it makes for some fun times! :)

LOOKING FOR A PLAYER TO FILL AN SL:
About me and the character I play: I play Enjolras (worldaboutodawn) from Les Misérables. He comes from after his death and he's having rather a hard time figuring out what his place in a new world is.
I also play Cosette (nofearnoregret) and we have an Éponine (alittleinlove) and an AU Gavroche (esprit_gaulois) who would both be entirely gleeful to see more Les Mis characters around.
Character wanted to fill an SL & why: Enjolras feels rather lost without Les Amis and their presence in the game would help to bring him direction and give him someone to talk politics with. The game definitely doesn't have any fiery, revolutionary talk in it as of right now. Any of Les Amis would be welcome - Combeferre, Courfeyrac, Grantaire, Joly, Bahorel, Jean Prouvaire, Feuilly, Lesgle, etc. If you would prefer to create your own, original student character, the game accepts OCs.

CHRONIC RESURRECTION
Want something a little different? Looking for an AU game? A marauder-era game? A trio-era game? A game where you can play an evil Death Eater without people assuming that you are a horrible person in real life? A game with talented players, an abundance of plot, and a promise not to die? ;-) Chronic Resurrection is a dark Harry Potter game set in 1982 and 2003 exploring the AU that arises following the inadvertent time-travel of four key individuals. We're currently at an interesting place as in 1982 Harry has managed to save James but not Lily, and the timeline is all screwed up in 2003. The Death Eaters have won and Harry is trapped in a mirror. We're currently recruiting for more bad guys and are being quite picky when taking applications for good guys.
