So, I'm in Portland, Oregan right now visiting with my cousins and attending the wedding of a friend. I am going on a bit of Hiatus till 6/27. It's a weird hiatus though. I just am not going to be posting new threads till 6/27 and my replies may be slower then normal.

So, a little bit ago, this plot was mentioned around the game. This is a game that I do not want to see die. Certain people have talked a bit more of it out in email so that we can actually come with a skeleton storyline rather than just an idea. So, pretty much everyone already knows the bones of the plot: PAM and the Turquoise faction of the Class have a feud. This can range in actual something to do with politics (muggleborn rights, muggles, magical people, ect) and violence. There is, I will let everyone know, talk of death and violence. One player is going to create 'cannon fodder' for the plot (basically NPCs that will have a real history that can effect people when they die but their main point will be their death); one character for reach side - one for the faction and one for PAM. There is also talk of real NPC deaths, whether they will be played out is still up to those involved or if those will just be told to characters among characters in a more gossip vine type of thing. It all depends on player interest.

This whole plot is starting with Gellert leaking information to Vlad who has already infiltrated PAM. Vlad will then pass along information to PAM (or more accurately now, Evan) in order to help the violence, feud, and deaths. The faction will not be exactly targeted since PAM does not know of the factions or who is who and on what faction. However, the reason this faction is labeled in the plot is that a) they are the most active in the game and b) most importantly, they are the most active with their ideals (and do not turn away from violence even if they do not seek it out or embrace). Due to the fact are a faction, they are also a group. They find one member, they can trace others through the ones they find out.

This is not a plot that will happen overnight, I assure you. This will take planning, scening, and knowing who is willing to play what and have their character involved to what extend. This post is to ask you to everyone to talk over the plot so please utilize it for plotting, planning, ideas, and what you'll willing to do as a player (and what you are not).

Unfortunately, both the characters Annaliese DeBura and Isneme Selwyn-Prideaux have been dropped. Both are OCs are due to not being able to get in touch with the original writer are not eligible for recast. Thanks!

Not that you want to hear from me yet again today, but due to certain things, I changed Daphne's occupation. She is now the apprentice at the shop Aged Papers which is a rare, old bookstop in Hogsmeade village. The main objective with this job is for her to take over the shop when the witch owner dies, but right now she's just learning the ropes and helping out with the duties the elderly witch can no longer do (or simply doesn't want).

My upcoming week, I will be incredibly busy. I work in more close together than before (normally I have several days off, then work the weekend, honestly) and then I have my vacation. While, I will have my computer at all times during my vacation, I will hopefully be having fun at the convention and waterpark rather than sitting on my butt on my laptop. I work a bunch before I leave until 11pm then Friday afternoon I leave for Kalahari until Monday afternoon. I will plan to at least be online for an hour a day during my actual time away (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and I'll be on Monday night. If someone needs me, as a player or mod, I'll have my email and that I can actually check on my phone if I get tied up with something else and just want to make sure the game isn't imploding while I'm distracted. I'll be around, just not as much, I guess is what I'm trying to say.

PS we already worked out that Daphne will make a fashionably late appearance at the tea party, so I won't tag that until Monday or Sunday. I am not ignoring that, I want to remind people, when I tag elsewhere or post for activity requirements this weekend. I just don't want to hold you guys up in a group scene with slow tagging.

PPS if something really goes wrong that suddenly is in dire need of my presence, someone has my actual cell number - I'm sure you can all guess who - and can text me to check. I will if she texts and asks.

After careful consideration, I don't feel that I am being fair keeping Ginny and Mirela in the game. I will be dropping out, the best of luck to you all.

Just so you all know Harry Potter Evans has been dropped. He is not being recast. The only history someone who is interested in Harry has to follow is the AU family history that our current Lily Evans follow. If someone is interested in Harry, then please speak to a mod or even Val who plays Lily.

I've been slow here, and had little inspiration to post in general, so I decided it was best to finally give in.

Hey players!

Once a month, the mods will plan an event for the game. The events can be anything from large parties (sometimes hosted by those who are not written by mods), in-game of incidents with the government/public, or anything else the mods can come up. If you have an idea for a future event, then you can feel free to suggest it to the mods by emailing them at mapsmods@gmail.com. No one is forced to participate in the events, but it's highly encouraged.

The events will be announced here on this community at least two weeks before the event and added to the calendar.

April 2012, the planned event is the Beltane festival on April 30th.

Even though my call for a player for a temporary muggleborn wasn't answer, I was hoping this plea might get answered.

For some reason, unbeknownst to me, I am feel the desire for... well, a murder plot. Call me sick. Call me demented. But I want to shake things up! I'm not quite sure who is gonna be my murder victim, but I do have it narrowed now. It all depends on who might be willing to be partner in crime (or more?) for this plot. The people up for death depending are Bill Weasley or Mandy Brockelhurst. Though, I may be talked into one or two given a really good plot/idea and permission from other writers to murder CR (both figuratively and literally). Of course, there's a few untouchables when it comes to death with me.

Anyone want to play the good guy or bad guy (depending on the victim/characters) in a murder plot? I don't have much of idea for either one, of course, but I'm open to hearing out any ideas.
