A carefully arched brow rose at his strangely chipper greeting, the only show of Eleanore's surprise. He seemed...at ease. Her eyes narrowed as she took in his appearance, suspicious at the smile on his face. He must be up to something. There simply was no way that he could be even a little bit happy about this, he had made it quite clear that he was less than excited about being married to her and no one had such a quick change of heart.
Ignoring his greeting she pointed to one of the chairs on the other side of her desk. "Sit." She crossed her arms. "I would like to get this over with as quickly as possible. We will sign the papers and go over the details of our living arrangements, I have no desire to spend more time than necessary with you."
Eleanore had every intention of wiping that smile off of his face. She did not want to deal with games and she did not want to see him enjoying himself. If she was going to be miserable so would he.
