The sound of a voice was not exactly a thing she'd expected, which seemed quite unreasonable given the days immediate events. The surprise, again, drew that reflexive twitch where her hand coiled around the grip of the pistol at her side. The sight of the large hammer looking thing didn't exactly put her at any kind of ease. She'd seen the nightmare that was a Krogan's biotic hammer, but at least she could take some solace that this didn't seem to be the case. Plainly put, most people didn't lean on a weapon they intended to use.
"That would be correct." Liara offered hesitantly. Betraying her situation was hardly ideal, but over-thinking didn't make much sense either. If she took this whole thing at face value, then it was reasonable to assume that everyone who showed up here was probably quite confused and displaced. "Am I to assume then that you have some experience with these arrivals?"
