I feel awful today. I thought I bested the morning sickness, but no, it came back with a fury. It was bad, Kate wasn't a pretty sight. I'm glad I have my appointment with Dr. Burke. I've been taking my prenatal vitamins as instructed.

My family really watches over me and I feel so loved.

Those of you who watched Idol Tuesday, I have to compliment my friend, Cathy, who is a back up dancer.

You make me want to dance. You were magical.

Yes, my hormones are kicking in.
