I've been thinkin' a lot lately 'bout everything. About the secrets I'm supposed to keep. About how horrible I am at lyin'. About how much weird shit is in this place. People here ain't even heard of Keppler, West Virginia, so nothing I say can effect anything back home.

Don't feel guilty. You can't help being here, there is nothing you can do right now. Why no enjoy your life here so if and when you are called home you'll be emotionally ready. It is out of your hands.

Oh, Ned's not Chosen. He just kinda fell into it. Aubrey's got magic, but I'm the only Chosen One right now. Turns out my old friend Leo was the Chosen One back in the day, but now he's just kinda been secretly watching over me. Until he revealed himself recently.
