Pansy laughed lightly. "Oh of course, none of us would. I only meant that it's obvious that they must not be in their right minds. Purebloods of their pedigree would not stoop to that level otherwise. Azkaban wasn't kind."
She smirked. "That's only profitable for those who survive and stay out of jail." She picked up her cup and took a sip. "Do you know what the problem is with that? Once you unleash chaos, you don't know if it will backfire. You can't control crazy people for long, which means chaos can only be... temporary."
Pansy put down the cup. She had no intention of outwitting this man. It was useless and counter-productive. "I want to be here to enjoy the aftermath, and I expect my parents and my husband to be as well. Should anything happen to us, I've made arrangements so that every supporter who was never brought to justice will be arrested with evidence presentable in front of the Wizengamot. I'm not talking about rumours or hersay, but proof that that Ministry could not refute. So unless you're planning a coup like the Dark Lord, which I doubt since you're not crazy, it would be in your vested interest to keep us alive. I also have other requests to ensure that this proof never sees the light of day. Should something happen to Lucius, there will be no repercussions and when things calm down, I expect a place on the Wizengamot. I can even be patient and start as deputy head. The person to be place in such position to be named when the time comes. After all, we don't know who'll survive."
