Classes, lunch and homework had been conquered for today but there was still much to do. The most important was training. Blaze had started with today’s selection of katas, then a 30 minute jog before heading down to the training facilities. She hadn’t signed up but was hoping somebody down there would be interested in a group simulation. A number of the students were finding groups they could work with but thus far she hadn’t been so fortunate. Eventually she hoped Mags would consider working together but currently she wasn’t ready for that. Besides, it would be nice if the mutant could find another second year who was up for company. Sadly it wasn’t likely so she’d settle for whoever didn’t mind having a scout on their side this evening. Catching her breath near the door, emerald orbs searched the hallways for a familiar face either from the dorms or classes. Worst case scenario she could check the logs to see if there was any free time for her to slip in and go solo.
