Delivered Notes [29 Feb 2008|12:00am]
To: Whistler, Corbett, Joseph, Emmeline, Destiny, Purity, Jo

Hey.

There's a new huge thing brewing. We're not talking God-huge, but the ramifications are intense. I'm going to trust that no matter where things shake out, and who's on what side, this note will be read in trust and you'll get rid of it. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, and I'll deal with that when the time comes.

A new government group called Project Integration sent out a summons for a meeting last Friday night at the Thunderbird Museum. They're under Homeland Security. The government's organizing a strike against the supernatural, and a lot of key players were invited to the party (human and demon). They've hand-picked 'recruits' and basically the message is 'join up or get hunted'. They don't care about your origins, just whether or not you're willing to fight on their side, and they're offering some lucrative benefits if you'll pledge an oath and wear a federal badge.

After a week, the round-ups are going to start. Whatever anyone decides, everyone deserves to know and have a choice whether to join up, run, or hide. They're not just going after the supernaturally-inclined. They're going after anybody who's got their finger in the pie.

I'll detail everything I remember from the meeting in the list below.

Duck and Cover [29 Feb 2008|09:18pm]
Friday came far too soon. A week slaughtering the innocent and internal monologues. Sometimes, she'd delay the kill to get their opinion.

But here it was. And there Deanna was, sitting in Agent Ballantine's office.

"Let's talk."
