Who: Hannah and Amelia What: The more things change, the more alcohol you need Where: Amelia's When: A few days ago
Hannah hadn't realized just how much she needed to get off her chest until she'd spoken with Amelia. Add to that the fact that she'd never actually gone back home and married Neville even though she was older now and that left Hannah more confused then ever. Sure there were memories of her dates with Neville and the fact that she felt now that she loved him. Still, seeing a younger Ernie daily without Neville around made her wonder if somewhere she just hadn't convinced herself to settle rather than work for what it was her heart had really wanted. When she saw Victoire return she felt a pang for the budding relationship she'd seen emerging between her house mate and the woman she was now going to see. Nothing was guaranteed here. Hannah could be stuck here forever with Ernie and never see Neville again. She was certain thoughts along those same lines had been what had allowed Teddy to begin bonding with Amelia.
Bottle in hand, she knocked on the door of the cottage she thought she'd remembered as being Amelia's. Hannah'd been careful in her conversation not to mention who it was she loved in the deepest parts of her heart. Still, there was no telling if she allowed herself to enjoy a few shots how much she would be willing to spill. It was one of the primary reasons she didn't drink often when she was younger. Not to mention that at this point in her life drinking one's profit was never good business.
