"All right. I'm sure someone must have a set. I'll bring it by tomorrow if you're still in here," he said, slightly amused at her reaction. She said his name almost affectionately, and he didn't know whether to laugh or feel ill. He needed to find out what their plans were for her. He needed to know that she was being monitored at all times, but it already seemed like she had complete freedom in the hospital. No one was watching her at all. Or no one was before, anyway.
"Good night," he said. He couldn't quite manage to pretend to be pleased about it, or wish her a good sleep or anything of the kind. If she asked him outright, he would tell her the truth, but she was much too curious to ask outright.
