The truth was weighing heavy on his heart, but Sirius only managed to get halfway through his pint before he flagged Frank in the pub. "S'not impossible – just messy, and it's good to see you too," Sirius replied, grinning easily as he stood up and launched himself at Frank for a bone-cracking hug. When he stepped back, he took a good look at the man and found it harder to keep his smile buoyed.
"I saved you a drink, as promised," he said, gesturing to the tumbler before he took his seat again. Frank's drink was stronger than ale. Sirius hadn't ordered it by accident. He knew the man was going to need it. "Bottoms up, mate."
