Who: Fleur and Nikki Where: Out and about the Village When: Sunday 11/30 What: The girls are out on their rounds trying to help when Fleur gets injured.
Fleur chewed on her lip quietly as she stepped over a pile of rubble. Things had been bad in the village, like when those monster things had come, but she wasn't even sure this held a candle to this. There were so many people dying she couldn't even keep track. There had been some she knew and some she had known better than others. She tried not to let it make her feel empty or hollow but the feeling had slowly seeped in. Yet she knew she was lucky because her immediate family was safe and those she cared most for. Still she sighed softly and kept walking. The only thing any of them could do now was help those that they could and she found herself hoping that there was still someone left they could help. It was still storming but it was far better than sitting home doing nothing.
"Je souhaite que cette pluie se arrĂȘterait," she muttered to herself as she stepped over another down tree and some broken glass. Even with the best waterproofing charms she was still getting wet. "Anything over there?" She called out to Nikki wondering if she could see anything that was worth attempting. If there was anyone in the buildings closest to her she was willing to bet they weren't alive. They were too leveled and destroyed for someone to have survived. It reminded her of the war and the buildings they would be sent to explore for survivors after the Death Eaters had visited. The thought only brought a frown to her face so she tried not to think about it. Instead she shone the light from her wand around still looking.
